I ended up not feeling well so she went solo the next day to add the line and I called to ask how much the headset would be so I could let my GF know to make sure I got that price. I was told I would get $20 off. SWEET. She gets the headset and the quality is not that great. I look it up online and they are selling the exact same headset for $40. Makes sense, the thing felt and sounded like a $40 headset....Not $100. I tried to take it back buy they have a strict no return policy. My GF then mentions that she thought the price was wrong, but he said he gave us the deal. I look at the receipt. I am charged for a phone case for $120.25. Yup, a $120 phone case, that's not a typo. I called the store and I am offered cheap headphones, like old school headphones from the 90s and a charger to make up the difference. I go to the store to get a correct receipt, that shows I purchased a headset, so i can expense it for work, and I am told i can't get one because they don't have that item in their system. REALLY?!?! You have this item on display in your store and don't have it in the computer? They refused to give me my money back because of their strict return policy. This isn't a return, I was grossly overcharged and given a receipt for a different item! This sounds like fraud to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he offered to get me receipt in a couple of days and they could put whatever price i wanted...since I pointed out I would be submitting expense request for $120 for an item that they can get for $40 on Amazon. I would look like i was playing my employer. I asked the representative what is the normal price, what they sell it for, what is the retail price and he wouldn't tell me. On my way home, I called 4 other cricket stores in my area, they sell it for $70. All 4 of them. Me thinks that is the retail price is $70 and for some reason, I was sold it at $50 more?!?!?!? And because if it was scanned, in the system which is supposedly isn't in, it would come up at $70, so the employee charged me for something else and "waived" the activation fee, to make it all work, but clearly I'm not as stupid as this employee thought. I don't want cheap free items to make up the $50 overcharge. I want to pay what everyone else is. Also, check this companies consumer affairs. Read the complaints. It seems like once they get your money, they will do anything to keep it. Even if they charge over charge you. They have more complaints then all other carriers expect for the very large companies that service many more customers. Funny thing is, I was super happy when I left the store when I signed up and made a FB post with how happy I was....and now here I am. I'll update my review to see how this is resolved.

Brought my laptop in here because the power cord connection was broken where it plugs in. I received a call back two days later and they informed me it was not able to be fixed because THE MOTHERBOARD was fried. This made no sense as I had been jiggling the powercord to get it to work, where it would charge fine, but then got sick of it. When I got there, there was a crack in the frame of the laptop next to the powercord and it had been SUPERGLUED. I told them that was not there when I brought it in and the dude deined that was the case. He also then said it wouldn't start at all even with a cord used from the inside of the machine. Talked to the owner/manager and he asked the kid his story and he believed him instead of me. Explained how it was checked in and that none of the new damage was documented upon checkin blah blah blah and that was it. Ended up having to bring it down to Best Buy, which I didn't want to do so brought it local in the first place and they told me a screw was not removed while doing the repair and then solder was used to try and repair the broken areas that jacked the mother board. Told this to the owner and he still told me to more or less f off. DO NOT BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. Auburn has a couple of other good options that keep you out of the Galleria jungle. They sell a lot of stuff online and apparently will also (based on signage) perform Shipping Services. Accessory City saved my bacon! I needed a battery for my Nexus phone in a hurry. I tried Batteries Plus - would need to order it, Best Buy and Fry's did not carry it, Amazon would have taken to long. I lucked out and caught Robert in the store outside of normal hours and he had an original LG BL-T9 battery in stock. He said he would be around for 45 minutes, so I rushed over.
