They may be great for other batteries, but NEVER TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE. You'll see I don't leave bad reviews. But I need to caution everyone that they do not provide genuine parts. That's not the worst part. They broke my Face ID when they installed the battery. When I first turned on my phone I was alerted that Face ID may not function properly. It didn't. I took it to Apple, and they agreed you could physically see damage with a naked eye. Apparently this is one of the risks of unauthorized repairs. The cost to replace the camera is too much for the cost of the phone, even the apple associate advised against it. So no Face ID until I buy a new phone. Now lets talk about the BATTERY. This new battery is zero improvement from my 5 year old battery. In fact I would say its worse since it still dies by the afternoon and it frequently overheats. If I have it plugged into my car for carplay and charging, and its 82 degrees outside, forget it. It's unusable within 5 minutes despite air conditioning. There are preventive measures that are necessary while we deal with the current COVID 19 health crisis in place: clearly marked 6 ft. apart spaces for customers and Plexiglas shield between the customer and the clerks. We take advantage of the watch battery program where you pay something like $10 more over the price to replace a watch battery and it is unlimited once you sign up for the program! I'm an amateur photographer and often dabble with old film cameras, many of which require odd batteries to operate. Not only was I able to find the batteries I needed here, but in all cases they were in stock for same day pickup, including a very rare battery I was led to believe was no longer manufactured. They had it. In my astonishment, I bought two. Again, same day pickup. I'm currently on the market for a battery for my Yashica Mat 124G, and wouldn't think to look anywhere else. I came in, before I could take two steps I was greeted by a gentleman name John. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I went here to see if they could fix my wife's Samsung s10 phone. It was supposed to be water resistant, but was not at all. Less than 1 minute in 4 feet of water and it was still stuck in a boot loop after a week. I told them the problem over the phone and they told me to bring it on down and they would look at it.
