Beware !! poor customer service and lies. they mumble to each other when working on your phone ,not in English, what are you hiding ?? I spent 3 hrs waiting for them to fix a problem with my phone. they never did get it fixed. they " have never seen this problem before ". lie #1. no warranty on the phone. it had a 14 day warranty. lie #2. I had to take it to a phone repair store. nope! lie #3. I had to pay a restocking fee. nice try lol. lie #4. I didn't buy the phone at that store.untill the computer said I did. I lost count of all the lies today .It was comical watching him trying over and over to keep my money. none of those lies worked. thanks for my cash refund. don't fall for the lies they tell. better off shopping amazon. OMG tried to switch service and was told i could not without pin from 5 years ago. Called corporate who hung up on the poor worker trying to help us cancel service. Was told the only way to cancel is to stop paying the bill. Had to get a whole new number after having that one for over a decade. So horrible the way Alex in the store told us to leave and go to a corporate store which the company no longer has. DO NOT GET METRO. Worker John yelled at my daughter and made her cry, she just turned 2. All because she was acting like a child. I have no problem correcting my child and was doing so, he could have asked me to do something about how she was acting but he literally said it was okay for her to go behind the counters, grab whatever and run around because he "knows how kids are". Liars, theives, crooks. Unbelievably dishonest unethical immoral store. Lied to me claiming a NORd 300 phone running CentOS is a Windows Mobile phone. Switched my account from MetroPCS to T-Mobile without my authorization. Added a phone line to my account without my authorization. It took two days to fix the problem. I was asked to go to the store by customer service. When I did and told the gangster running the store, i mean gangster with tattoos on his head saying "Child" he got upset when I let him know I knew the scam. He turned around and told me "Get out of my store" The store owner can see the incident on the security cameras. He called the owner saying "I have another hostile customer!" I walked back and said "you are a liar" so that the owner could hear me on the phone. I called MetroPCS customer service, they were shocked at the customer abuse. I have been a MetroPCS customer since 2006!!! They fixed the problem transferring my number to an other genuine MetroPCS phone in my possession. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE RUN BY CROOKS. This place is a joke. I went in for one thing and was told something totally different and found out through customer service that what I wanted was available. The pos retail maggot told me the promotion wasn't available in california. Wrong! Told me I would have to go out of state. Wrong! 3 miles away. People I called said they could not hear me I was breaking up. If I needed to call 911 they would not hear me. I decided to go to the Citrus Heights location, Daisy at that location, was amazing. I thought it might be a sim card issue. Daisy indicated that was not usually the problem. She asked several questions, and found the microphone just needed a dusting. After she cleaned the phone, she went behind the wall to test, it was fine. She then suggested what I could do to keep it clean and functioning well. That is amazing customer service! I went into Metro on Sunrise Blvd to get a new cell phone. It was on the 14th of the month and I had paid for service with Straight talk through Tmobile (which was also a plan through Metro), all the way to the 5th of the following month. I found a new phone and although it was WAY overpriced, I figured that I would get a discount because I had previously gone to "4" different Metro's that day looking for a Samsung phone. Also, I was switching my service back to Metro from Straight talk and I had like "3" weeks of service left that I had paid for. BUT, I DID NOT GET ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER! So, needless to say...I got screwed over for 3 weeks of service that I had previously paid for! Which was BS if you ask me! Thanks alot Metro! Plus the guy who was helping me there was RUDE! I had to come into the store/corporate location to have my phone checked for a possible virus multiple times. Each time I went in, staff was supportive and competent even though they were unable to detect the underlying problem. Fortunately, I was finally able to get to the store while my phone was actually "misbehaving" and they were able to resolve the issue. I want to thank everyone (especially Marcel) for the wonderful support and patience with me (I can get a little grumpy and irritable when I'm tired) throughout this dilemma. In the past, I would dread having to go into this corporate location due to poor customer service, lack of an understanding on how to respectfully give eye contact to another human being, and extremely slow response time. I'm glad to see such a huge (and much appreciated) change in customer service. Thank you! read more

If this is the Metro across from the sunrise mall I have NEVER in my life had such a bad experience with customer service. First, they jipped me 30$, then I went back to get my money back and they tried to make me pay for the necessity I was suppose to get FREE with the phone. So I said I wanted a full refund on the phone. They kept giving me a hard time so my sister told them I just wanted a refund so we could leave because we were in a hurry. The manager, a blonde woman told my sister " I wasn't talking to you I was talking to her." Extremely rude and rolled her eyes. Once we finally got it through to them I just wanted my money they were all smirking and rolling their eyes at us. None of us ( myself, my sister, and my brother) are ever going to this metro agian. I work in customer service and I would get fired if I treated any of my customers the way we were treated today. And for the manager to act as rudely as she did I had to write a review because their acts will not go unnoticed. Thank you. read more
