This store is the reason my family is leaving AT&T after 25 years of loyalty. We bought 4 new devices and negotiated a new, lower priced monthly bill. We paid the taxes for our new phones and were told that we could just cancel the insurance, which would lower our bill to the new price. We cancelled the insurance and received a bill for over 500$ the first month of our new contract. It had all these fees we were not told about. In addition to that, the monthly bill was 70$ more than we were told. We called customer service and were told we could lower the bill by removing hot spot and international calling, but it was still more than what we were told. They also said they would credit some of the 500+$ so our next bill would be lower. When we got our next bill, we had no credits and it was still 70$ more than what we were told. We contacted customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do. It turns out that this location is franchise owned and apparently can lie to customers. AT&T is so much more expensive than most other companies as it is. We paid off our phones and are switching to a company and paying less than half the monthly amount we were paying with AT&T. read more

Arrived at 3pm on Tuesday and there was a sign on the door System update in progress, will reopen at 4:30. Arrived at 3pm on Wednesday and there was a new sign on the door stating they were at lunch until 4. What the capital H? Arrived at 3pm on Thursday and they were finally open. I had a AT&T cable box I was finally able to return. The guy inside said oh we don't take returns, you need to go to a UPS store. I asked where is that and he responded I don't know. Ok, now I'm mad, I'm bringing out the big guns, what the h e double hockey stick kind of company is this? Are they running a cat and pony show or a legitimate business here? We made an appt using the ATT app with this store, went there, and were told (insert employee's eyeroll at our stupidness here) they did not take appts, could not help us with our needs and that they are NOT a corporate store, they are a reseller. Jacob S went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to my mom, Sally, elderly, and in an assisted living home to help her with a data plan issue with her new ipad. We had tried multiple times to get this resolved online and at a corporate store only to be turned away. Jacob took the time to work through the problem and didn't give up on us. It was a rainy day and thought it was a perfect day to upgrade our phones. After 3 hours with Kenneth, we ordered phones, but all the rest Kenneth told us was a flat out lie. It was clear that he wanted his commission for selling the phones, but could care less about our service plan, what would and would not be transferred to our new phones, and the cost of everything. We were supposed to get trade in rebate making the phone free (except for taxes which we paid on the spot) and when we got our first bill, it was a different story. We went to a different AT&T store and they were a bit more helpful. At the second store, we found out that our blocked numbers would not be transferred which was one of Kenneth's many lies. During our 3 hour torture session. Kenneth pretty much ignored other customers which he could have easily helped while on hold with our issues. Kenneth didn't even acknowledge the customers. BUT really, those customers were the lucky ones. Sad! I hope someone reads this and gets the staff behaving more professionally. Until then, go to any other AT&T store if you don't want to be lied to and to be treated better than we got treated. read more

While helping me, Allen helped other customers with their issues as well. Everyone in the store was enamored and enlightened with Allen's knowledge, professionalism, and overall Customer Service. Sorry I've been in contact with your store for over 2 months now and went in last week. I was told there was no way to help me. Apparently your not allowed to give credits now because someone at an One of your stores gave out thousands of dollars of credit so AT&T took that away from Authorized stores. I came in here for a few questions regarding a friends iPhone, they are a very small store and only two people staff it seems at all times. I must have visited when everyone had a question and the other employee was on break. Only one worker in the store and the other was no where to be found, there was one couple being helps and a few others in front of me. It is a smaller store so I can understand it not being very busy at times but it was a bit of a wait. I think I will be driving a bit further for any of my AT&T issues that I have questions with. read more

I went there tonight to purchase two new iPhones for my mom and I. We got there a bit later than planned but we were there before closing time and the associate was with a customer when we arrived and wouldn't have been able to help us regardless but when it was our turn he said they were closing and he couldn't help us. I asked "so you won't sell us any cell phones tonight?" And he responded with "no, I need to close." I don't know a place that would then push business away. I found it rude and I am completely surprised by the lack of customer service. Thankfully there is A LOT more places we can upgraded our phones and hopefully with this review I can help someone give their business to a store that values each and every customer. read more

OMG! I can't even begin to explain the shitty service that I received over the last three days. I order phone on Thursday over the phone and a very nice woman help me she was super pleasant and super helpful this review has nothing to do with her she was awesome she said that they could overnight me the phone I was looking for and it would be shipped to that location by the next day on average between 12 and one. so by four I don't hear anything and the side to try and call the store there's no answer for about an hour or so at four I go to the store the door is locked there's a man sitting on the couch watching a sports game I knock eventually he comes to the door he is the AT&T employee he's blocking my entrance to the building and asks what do you mean mind you this store is open till 7 PM that day I explain the situation and he tells me that there's no way that I placed a Phone order over the phone and they don't have my phone there. still being super rude tells me he cannot look up my account or my order for me in the store I have to call 611. I called 611 and they said that there was trouble with something and if my phone would be there the next day which is Saturday today today it is still not there I've talk to multiple people over the course of the day Bruce 611 first of which was Dominic explaining that he was super sorry it was UPS Taking a while maybe something was happening or something. And even offers me a credit to my account for the trouble. So I called UPS and they tell me that it's not going to arrive till Monday because AT&T did not drop off the package to a UPS store until today Saturday when my phone was supposed to be delivered yesterday Friday. So I called 611 back and speak to Debra this time who is totally rude from the beginning tells me that they don't offer overnight shipping and there's no way anybody told me that she would not let me talk to her manager saying that she was on vacation she refused to give me any type of identification or last name or anything so that I could identify her to a manager when I did get through she refused to send me to the managers voicemail and continued to call me a liar. So I hung up call back spoke to somebody else who was very sympathetic and understanding but did not understand that they said I could pick it up yesterday and now it's not gonna be available till Monday. However she did tell me a manager would call me back in 20 minutes to hours later I have yet to receive a phone call and I'm still very upset. This is my first review of any business establishment, and unfortunately, it is not a positive one. If your business transaction goes well with this store, then you are in luck, but if it does not, you may not get anywhere resolving a problem because the manager and his supervisor(s) do not take responsibilities for their wrong doings. Not realizing this store is a "RETAIL" store and not a corporate AT&T authorized store, I went there to upgrade a phone on Saturday, May 8th. The sales person who helped me was very polite and helpful. However, he was having an issue with uploading the data on the old phone to the cloud so he could upload the data to the new phone. After 3.5 hours of struggling to finish the transaction, he asked me to leave the old phone there over the weekend so he could work on it. That was a big mistake. I noted that the cover on the old phone should not be removed because there were some devices on the back of the phone that needed to remain on the phone. I do not think I mentioned that they are rather expensive devices. He started to look behind the cover to see what the devices were and I asked him to leave the case on and not to mess with the devices on the back of the phone. When I picked up the old phone after the weekend, I saw that the cover and devices were not on the phone. The sales person who helped me admitted he had taken them off the phone but did not know what happened to them. Note: During this time, only the manager and this sales person had been working in the store all weekend. The manager also acknowledged that he had seen the case and devices on the counter in the office, behind the actual store area where customers come and go. Despite both the manager and sales person knowing the case and devices were there, sitting on a counter in the "back", oddly, neither can remember what they did with them two days before. I have repeatedly called the store and visited the store requesting a meeting or call from a supervisor. I have given my phone number and email address to the manager to pass on to his supervisor. Twice, I have asked for an appointment with a district manager via the AT&T online appointment request portal. No response. The manager of this store refuses to give me any contact information for his supervisor(s); and now, informs me the store is not responsible for lost items, when THEY told me I needed to leave the phone there. I was not given a verbal or written non-liability notice. Either the manager is avoiding informing his supervisors of this incident or the district manager and above, also lack customer relationship skills and are as irresponsible as the manager and sales representative. Bottom line, they lost a personal item and now have put the blame on us for leaving the phone there--even though it was their request to do so--and now that the items are missing, the only thing the manager can say is--"he can't do anything about it". To be fair, I submitted an invoice showing the cost to replace the devices that were on the back of the phone and the manager offered to credit our phone bill $25--pennies, compared to the cost of the devices that went "missing" under their care. Avoiding this RETAIL store for business transactions could save you a lot of headaches. Stick with corporate AT&T authorized stores. read more

Stay away! Not an honest store. Made a number of calls before posting here. Here is the story: Spoke with Henry regarding buying 2 new iPhones. Gave me a quote for my old phones which was less than at Apples store they were giving. Henry told me to that I could afterwards take my old phones there. I asked specifically if I were to buy from him I still could turn my old phones to Apple. He said YES. Well, he lied! They do not take them after the fact. Also, with out my knowledge signed me up for 4 different protection plans. I would stay away from the store and this dishonest kid.!!!!! read more

I give this store no stars because they were no help. My boyfriend went into activate his phone. We thought this would be an easy process and only take a few minutes. But John the store manager said that we couldn't activate the phone because the wrong ZIP Code wasn't entered. So after trying every ZIP Code in our area that we knew was the right billing ZIP Code it locked us out for 30 minutes. Mind you this guy the store manager John was using his phone and texting as my boyfriend was trying to activate his phone. We left the store called AT&T and they quickly activated his phone within five minutes. Just bad service all around. He didn't even offer to try and work with us with AT&T so he could call and have them figure it out with us at the store. read more

Bill is a great clerk. After my really disappointing visit to the Sunrise store. I went to Madison and met with Bill. Bill greeted me warmly and shook my hand. He asked me about my job and genuinely seemed interested. I was told the same thing about paying my bill first but he was so nice I did it (was planning on doing it online).
