Listen to the customers wants and needs. Don't go in the back room and come back with the same highest priced phone plan that you showed me the first time. Especially after I showed you on my phone what military/veteran plan I was interested in purchasing from T-Mobile.com website. Warning to others who come here, don't let them know what your current bill is at another place because they will try to sell you the closest plan to what you're paying now. It's a sales tactic. For example: I pay $125 with AT&T, and told/showed him the T-Mobile plan I wanted for $45 + taxes comes out to around $60-65. I told him from the beginning that I was trying to cut my bill in half. This dude came out with the $89 plan, NOT only once, but TWICE, thinking I was BoBo the clown trying to insult my intelligence. Well, let's just say we played the game of Deal or No Deal at that moment and I said NO DEAL, and had to walk away and laugh about it all the way to my car and the stop light on Lacy Blvd. I guess it was a blessing in disguise, because when I got home and was looking around a little bit more....... I found a $25 deal from Choice by T-Mobile with double the data I currently use now on my plan. read more

This place is a terrible representation of T-Mobile. I walk in as they open and the girl working looked irritated that I was there. I know the promotions well, the rep gave me misinformation saying I had to add a line to qualify for a certain promo, which is false. Then proceeded to tell me if i got a tracker that they could start everything today, but since I said No, they said "Oh my manager said we don't have the phone." read more

I went in for the Tuesday gift. The associate would not give them until I showed my identification, she created a T-Mobile I.d. for me which I did not consent to and then made me give her a one time pin just to get into my account and try to upsell me on things I did not need nor want. She still would not give them to me even after I said I was not interested in what she was trying to sell me. She then went to the back and never came back until I asked a different associate what was going on. This whole process took 20 mins for no reason. Nowhere in the terms does it say I have to do any of that to receive the gifts when my phone clearly had the T-Mobile tuesday app that verifies I have an account. Very shady on her part to get into my account without telling me. read more

Went to this location on 12/23/19. I was the only customer in the store. The Metro Rep working there should probably be in another line of work as customer service did not seem to be her strong suit or primary objective. I won't say she was rude - but she certainly wasn't helpful in any way. I had a few hundred dollars burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to spend money on a new phone and other accessories. She made me feel like I cut into her lunch break or she had something better to do than her job. So I left. Apparently they are making so much money there that they didn't need any of mine. A real bummer when you are a customer and this is the only store within 20 miles. read more

Well to start the staff was friendly and wanted to help me get the best service possible. I'll give them that. However, I felt like they were clueless on how to switch service from my old phone to my new one. I was just looking for a simple prepaid plan. It should only have taken 30min but was there for over an hour. They offered me a $50 a month plan for 10 gb's. And we agreed on those terms. Although as soon as I checked my account online, they actually charged me $55 for a 6gb plan. Basically ripping me off. I understand that you need to meet a certain quota of sales each month but lying to a new future customer? I don't have tolerance with businesses who take advantage of its customers. I will be switching over to a different provider next month. In the end, be very cautious when opening an account with this store. read more

T Mobile Karina is always amazing, so helpful and professional. The people she contacted and their inability to correctly process my 50+ account caused us to be there trying for hours. The young man helping us, when I requested she contact a supervisor to help us, disconnected the call. She had me call 611 because those helping us process, put in the notes; my account couldn't have55+ for 90days. The 611 call was final helpful. That young man respectfully and quickly connected me with a supervisor, after I explained that I had been working on this for 4 hours. read more

Terrible management. My husbands screen protector was cracked and he's under the 360 warranty to have it replaced. We have replaced it twice and this time when we went in karina the management stated that our plan wasn't eligible for the warranty. We showed her the app which states it's under the warranty along with the receipt. Once she realized that instead of fixing the issue we got the run around about needing to talk to the regional, which makes no sense. Anyways we came back three separate times and instead of karina dealing with us, she would run to the back and send an associate to relay messages. Again we came on three separate occasions within two days. Very unprofessional that she couldn't speak to us as a manager. Instead we had to speak through channels of different associates for thirty minutes both times. Once this plan over we will not be renewing the plan. read more

I went down there due to my phone not working, such as dropping calls, not loading, constant restarting, and I've have the phone for 2 months so therefore it is still under warranty. They told me that it was not their problem and that I need to contact Apple. I agreed to do so, and I asked them in the mean time what I do about paying the phone bill of a phone that is not working. They told me that there is nothing they can do and that it is not their problem once again. I want to leave this terrible service but since I'm under a lease it would cost a lot of money to pay off the phone (iPhone 12), services, and tax. Very disappointed with t-mobile. Went through AT&T first and thought they were bad. But changed my mind once I go into t-mobile. read more
