For example, they will take a picture of the spec's on a motor but you can't read the words or numbers. Why bother posting a picture of something that's unreadable??? I wouldn't normally post anything negative and prefer to contact a company directly when I have an issue but after notifying them of this issue on several occasions, they still post blurry, non-legible and stupid pictures of what's being offered. Perhaps this review will convince them that quality and relevant pictures are the foundation of their business. They should take a lesson from their closest competitor on the proper documentation and listing of products up for auction. The first step would be to show the photographer how to focus a camera and hold it steady or use a tripod.

In large part, they sell things to businesses in bulk. But they'll sell to anyone. The best known categories are packing materials, boxes, and totes of every size. They also sell bulk food service products, safety, janitorial, etc., etc., etc. Over the years, U-line has NEVER messed up my orders. They've always been accurate and on time. Occasionally, I'll order some very large items and I get to see an actual U-line box truck and meet an actual U-Line delivery driver employee in person. They've always been very friendly, personable, and helpful. My latest purchase was a bulk order of 200 egg containers for 12 chicken eggs (see photo), just like the ones in the grocery store except with no logo and no design. Again, everything arrived on time and everything was perfect. The prices are always reasonable too. Of course, the more you order, the better the deal. Thanks for everything, U-line! Was told that they don't allow for cash payments, so that gets them a huge downgrade right there. I asked if there were other options and the gal said, "Well, you can pay by cash or debit." I had explained to her when I asked my initial questions that I don't have those options. Was she not listening? Poor customer service. So since that they don't allow a person to call in and order an item and then walk up and pay cash for it, they've essentially lost any potential future business that would have come from me. I mean, are they in the business of selling things or not? Seems not. U-Line is a fail.
