NEVER EVER did the so called owner/manager tell us that a sprint phone will not be compatible with metro PCS services. So now we have paid him $100 to unlock a phone that more then half the time doesn't even receive the calls and if it does it will drop the call. Internet is non existent. And to top it off even after having it supposedly unlocked from Metro PCS services the phone can't be put back on my sprint account because it says it's still locked to metro pcs. We have attempted to make contact with the owner but every day when we call the "manager" says the "owner" will call you back but every day that goes by not a word from the owner! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!

I received a very quick & affordable quote from the Cellular Doctor to repair the broken screen on…read moremy iPhone. I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet. I'll definitely recommend this location to others who have problems with their devices.

We were there to transfer 4 devices from carrier to Verizon. Samantha was a big help and even helped us after we left the store to make sure our devices were activated. Also took the time to mail a SIM card by FedEx(paid for by the store) to our daughter in another state. I did have to return to the store 2 days later with an issue with my phone. Samantha and maybe a manager helped me out then too. I was surprised at the amount of help they have in the store. Again be prepared to be here awhile.
