My husband went in to order 2 phones and switch service, what a MISTAKE. The manager ( I use the term LOOSELY) orders the phones..we wanted black and gold, he sends in the order for grey and pink. My husband SPECIFICALLY asked about that to which he FLAT OUT LIED and said that's just the way the order comes up. After waiting a week, no phones have arrived...so, we call customer service TWICE....One guy gets us a little info that the Janesville idiot didn't give, and the other tells us that black and gold are out of stock...DUHH....So that's how we know he LIED. He will do anything to not lose a sale.', even lie.We still don't have our phones, they will be pink & grey, they WILL get sent back, and we'll deal with this shit all over again! I sure as hell hope the phone service is better than the customer service, or we're GONE!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE JANESVILLE, WI store manager....he's a WEASEL! read more

I have had SPRINT/ T-Mobile for 16 years. Since 2005 I have 3 phones. These guys are the worst of all cellphone providers. The contract is really something. The forever lease they never tell you about. The sales people even lie about it. Yes that's right, you pay $31 a month for the same device. Forever! So after paying for the phone 25 payments. You have to buy it out for its far market value they say. Like $200 dollars. Or keep pay $31 a month forever! At&t is away better deal I found out. No contracts for one. And the phone is only a $1 a month. A new device for $1 a month. 30 months and its yours. The people at the Janesville store are very rude. Don't waste your time there. read more

The billing cycle on my bill is from the 20th of one month to the 19th of the following. On July 20th I went into Sprint to upgrade the lease on 3 phone. When I received my bill that was supposed to be through the 19th of July I was being charge for the new lease that didn't start until the 20th. I spent 3 hours on the phone to be told by a manager I was wrong about the cycle dates and I owed both leases. He finally gave me the credit out of "courtesy". The following month I was still being charged for both leases. Went to the store in Janesville and was told by the manager I would be credited and the old lease removed. The next month, no credit, still being charged. Back to the store. Was told the lease was cancelled and I would have the credit that day. I only received 1/2 the credit. Back to the store. Was told it was pending I would have it next month. Paid my bill minus the pending credit. I received a disconnect notice for short paying my bill, there was no pending credit. After an hour on the phone received the credit. Next two months were fine, upgraded another phone in December. Received a notice two days later my plan was changed. Back to the store. Was told it was because I had an old plan, I was going to have an equivalent or better plan, but it would not cost more. Got my bill, it was more. Back to the store. Was told by the manager we would change me to a better plan, more services, lower price. I was going to get free T-Vision. The next month, I was charged for the T-Vision. Back to the store. Manager said I would get the credit and no more charges. Next month, no credit, and charged again. Was told again the charges would stop and I would get a credit. One week later still no credit, and I discovered the phone I upgraded in December was not put on a lease, but a 24 month installment plan and we has to pay the full $1200 for the phone. Called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told there isn't any free T-Vision, he could cancel it. I could go back to the store and talk to the manager to have this corrected. I have been doing this. Was told they don't have leases anymore they have installment plans now. I was not told this, and he cannot change it. I said I wanted out of the leases and out of the installment plan. I wanted to turn in the phones and leave. He told me he couldn't do that because it is not company policy to let people out of their leases,. Do not do business with a company whose policy it is to lie and cheat their customers, but not let them out of a lease that has not been upheld from the start. BAD BUSINESS!!!! read more
