As a former employee of FedEx, I honestly expected better. I've now waited over 3 weeks for a phone from my mobile carrier. A representative from Via One Services speaking on behalf of enTouch Wireless assured me that the mobile device & SIM I had been waiting for were in fact shipped & waiting at this FedEx location as of October 4, 2023. I arrived at this facility with my state ID but no tracking number due to the fact that Via One Services never provided me with one. The interaction between the Fedex employee & me was both disappointing & frustrating. The person not only intentionally made me wait after her colleague disappeared when I walked through the door but then checked only one shelf briefly before declaring that my item was not inside the facility. I was told by the employee who was stifling their laughter that I should call the shipper to ask what happened to the item, despite them knowing that I was at the location to pick up a mobile device. Racism manifests itself in many ways but appears to be a consistent Phoenix trait. If you're looking to use this location during your MLB fan experience, I strongly suggest against it. Overall, this place is not the best place to go if you're of African descent. There are other locations that value not only your business but will also treat you in a respectful manner. As you can see from my other reviews, I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately. However! At great personal risk to myself, I write these reviews based on my experiences so that others will benefit from the experiences that I have. I encourage others to SPEAK UP! FedEx quoted shipment cost for 8 paintings from PHX to NYC as $286. They recommended I pack the paintings in large art shipping boxes -I purchased 4 at $18. each. After packing the paintings I brought them to the FedEx Office in PHX and was told the shipping cost would be $1294.00. I questioned the difference between the quote and the actual charge and was told I needed to bring the paintings into the store for an actual quote, not from a detailed list that I initially provided. Had I known that at the time I would not have gone through the time and trouble to pack the art pieces into FedEx shipping boxes. The store manager would not do anything to adjust the cost to ship. Very unhappy with FedEx given the $1000 difference. Their service on this transaction was minus 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. read more

OK, so up front I'll say that this review is based on me needing a passport snap in a huge hurry... My passport expired a few months ago and I hadn't gotten around to taking care of renewing it. I just found out I'll have to go out of the country twice on business in January, and trying to get a passport picture on short notice in this town appears to be next to impossible. Yesterday I went to three places -- one didn't do photos and sent me to another place; when I got there, they took the picture only to find out the camera battery was too weak to print the picture; and the last place took the picture but had a freakin' greeting card order already running that they couldn't pause to print my picture. So today -- I call this FedEx location to confirm that their Yelp page is correct in that they do, in fact, take passport pictures. Yes! I walk in, they take the picture, it prints in about three minutes, I pay for it, I leave. In 'n' out in about ten minutes. The employees were very helpful with my request, even when they were quite busy with other customers and their holiday shipping, copying, etc. So yeah -- I'll come back here for more "FedEx"-type requests just because they did so well on this request! Many a long high school night were spent here. Copying presentations, gluing things onto inappropriately large pieces of posterboard, those were the days! Not really. But Kinko's really was always the most helpful and easiest place to take on projects like those. Staff could always decipher the copy machines, which have since become the bain of the existence of every nine to fiver I know. Copies are cheap, and the service the staff provides is damn near invaluable. If it weren't for them, those miserable projects (does anyone remember diaramas?) would have been even worse. read more

Do not come here!! I came in to get things printed about 6 p.m... I only wanted 30 copies and the guy said he couldn't do them right now because he was busy but he'd have them done by the end of the night for me to pick up. They close at 9 p.m. and the guy calls me at 8:50 to go pick them up--obviously I wasn't going to be able to make it in time. I worried about leaving my USB drive there overnight but figured, hey, these are professionals, they'll keep it safe. I come in the next day in the afternoon only to find out they LOST my USB drive and had no explanation as to how it went missing. They said "is this your contact information? We'll give you a call if it shows up." WHAT?! no... my USB drive had my thesis and all my school work on it and yes, it's my fault for not backing up my files, but at the same time, you think you can trust a company like fedex kinko's. The worst part is the guy's attitude about the whole situation. He was so nonchalant about it. In fact, I never once got a simple "I'm really sorry we lost your USB drive." I've worked in customer service before and the first thing you do when you mess up is acknowledge your mistake and APOLOGIZE!! I got my printing for free ($66 worth) which was nice, but the value of the files on my USB drive is incomparable to a meager $66. I will never go back to this store again. read more
