I actually quit going to the store a…read morecouple of years ago and drove 6 miles out of the way to go to another Verizon store as this one is bad. It's starts with a completely unhelpful staff and really bad service. Today, (finding that it's time to change phones etc), I decided to stop in and check if there was a change. NOPE. Incredibly the service was worse! They have taken away the check-in, absolutely NO ONE greets you, everybody just looks down. There's no chairs for waiting but at least they have a sign out front to scan for the store hours, (yeah there is a sticker on the door with the hours but what the heck. While I was talking to the very knowledgeable, service oriented guy at the other Verizon I brought up the store and he said it's a known issue all around, so Verizon won't address. But no, I will not go there again.

I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

He was personable and professional during my time in the store. Even behind his face mask it was obvious he was smiling. I was very impressed with his ability to be fully present with me, provide guidance to the other employee, and greet customers as they arrived. It's not often one encounters an individual who radiates positivity and I very much appreciate Te-Von for giving me the opportunity to do so.

Store was supposed to open at 10am and was not open. I called and he said he would be there at 10:30. Waited until 10:30 a still not there. I came back at 12:30 and the phone wasn't ready and I still had to wait. Now after I sit and wait for another 20 minutes, he came out and said he couldn't replace the battery because all of his batteries were bad. He also quoted me a price of $50 when I called him to begin with and when I got there on Monday, he said it would be $79. Looks like the business is under new management. Very bad customer service.

This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company ever. With…read moreit being 94 Degrees with a heat index of 104, I was told to wait outside because I didn't have a mask. I informed the employee that I had asthma and really couldn't. The manager then proceeded to say that he'll "take care of it",he took over leading me out of the store and into the heat where he would stand for moments at a time asking me questions. After receiving information hed turn around and go back into the ac to do the work.. he did 50% of what needed to be done then told me to goto another store.. I was denied equal service due to my disability, I have been having problems ALL MONTH I drove 30 minutes because my store told us that they quite know what they were doing. I now have 2 phone lines open and I can't get my bill straight because I have asthma.... This really sucks man....
