On top of that, we were being charged for a SyncUP Tracker a device we never requested, never knew had been added to our account, and never needed. The biggest thing people need to know is that this is an Authorized Retailer, not a corporate T-Mobile store. When we finally visited an actual T-Mobile location, the representative discovered that we'd been charged for this device for over two years without our knowledge. Even worse, they were able to see that the GPS tracker was never even ordered. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. We were charged for services and a device we never authorized, and it took a corporate T-Mobile store to uncover the issue. I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious, reviewing your bill carefully, and considering going directly to a corporate T-Mobile store instead of this authorized retailer.

Showing customer loyalty is what keeps people coming back, it's why Amazon and Apple have such brand and customer loyalty. I have a disability and he watched me struggle getting the boxes into the store (there were no customers in the store at that time). When he told me the total for shipping I was shocked since I spent time on the phone with customer service regarding costs for shipping so I was trying to explain my situation about the shipping because I was told by the FedEx customer service it would be a certain rate and when I got there, it was not... so imagine my surprise anyway he had no desire to engage in any kind of conversation except do you want to pay for this or not. And he walked away. Then the associate comes up and we're talking and I'm trying to explain what happened and she's preparing the bill for me and I'm telling her how very disappointing this is because I thought I did all my homework and apparently the rates that were given were not the correct rates and I had to pay $391.78 Anyway Then the manager comes up to the counter and tells me I have a Bad attitude and then the associate chimes in and the manager continues to harass me. I am a very polite person, however I responded in a negative way using an impolite word... I immediately apologized and he told me he's going to call the police and that I need to remove my boxes because they will not ship them. Even though I have a disability he would not assist me nor would the associate but her daughter happened to be there and she was very kind to put my boxes in the car. (I did tip her) I will never ever return to FedEx office Keizer Station again and nor would I ever recommend anyone to do business there! Afterwards ... I wanted to go to UPS, however I was leaving town so I needed to get them shipped out immediately so I went to the FedEx office in Salem and it was a totally different experience. My wife asked for a different size that wasn't on the rack and the girl just said all they have was on the rack. We asked another associate and she actually took the time to look around the dressing rooms then offered to order online I would rate one or two if it were not for the one helpful associate. I guess one out of three is what we should expect here.
