She has lied multiple times about the district manager changing, which the district manager is still the same as when I previously worked there. Secondly she has been dishonest about when the tills get pulled and not being able to take cash payment. Yes I get some things may change, but I would be pretty sure they shouldn't be pulling the tills an hour early if no big deposit was made. I have even been told when I come in earlier in the day to pay previously that if I don't have exact change they cannot provide me with change. I understand that there's only a certain amount of change but to tell someone that almost immediately before they state how they are going to pay isn't the best customer service either. The fact that she has been dishonest with me many different times makes me wonder if she has been dishonest with other customers multiple times. I would highly suggest if you go to the store for anything there to maybe ask for help from someone else, because if its just simple things like this if you are getting a new phone or new account how do we know this rep isn't being dishonest with that as well? I would just be cautious if doing any transactions or sales with this rep. To be quite honest as a customer and having this experience makes me want to switch to a different phone carrier. To have any representative lie to a customer in my honest opinion is not good customer service and maybe needs more training. Maybe if the tills policy did change it would help customers so that they do not waste time going there if there was signage outside that would help a lot and they dont have to put a sign that gives their cash or payment policies but maybe just a hand written sign that says cash payment temporarily unavailable. In no way does that advise of their payment policies that just advises at the time being they cannot take cash which is not illegal. There is no warning that they pull the tills early until you get inside to pay a bill. I would also say that when I have asked on multiple occasions for the DM name and been lied to by Camryn and another rep there that it had to do with my experience with calling customer service ATT phone number and the reps who tried to assist there. Yes I understand if the DM can't really help with 611 issues but they may have had advice on next steps. EX: when I was having tech issues with my phone and the rep from 611 turned off all my service instead of fixing the issue I know the reps inside the store could have helped but to find out that the rep from 611was helping or attempting to with things they weren't trained in I had wanted to talk to someone higher up and preferably not 611. One of the previous times I had asked for the name of the DM was because I wanted to let the DM know about a good experience with the store manager where I had felt the manager at the time had went above and beyond, Sadly they still lied to my face and told me the DM had changed. I would definitely say some of your employees at this location need better training or more training. The fact that multiple reps lied to me so many times when I asked a simple question of who the DM is, is terrible customer service. I don't know if they thought I was going to say something bad about them but it was always because I was trying to see if theres another person higher up than store reps to talk to before going back to 611 since 611 seems like everyone there is incompetent, however being scared still isn't a reason to lie to a customer and not tell them the DM name. If the DM name had been provided the first time I asked we wouldn't be here. At this point I will go all the way up to corporate with my complaints about being lied to during many different visits to this location and hopefully they will get further training on good customer service.

It did not solve the problem the phone wouldn't charge. They told me my charging port was plugged. The salesperson brought out a paper clip and a lens wipe and put it in the charging port and just said oh it can't be fixed. She pushed me into buying a new IPhone 17, case, and liquid crystal display which cost me $57.50+ 174.98 plus $840 financing of the IPhone 17 . And which included a $35 transfer fee to put my data from my old phone to the new phone she pushed me to buy. The transfer took probably at least 3 hours and left all my email files and folders off of the new phone plus some very important contact information such as peoples addresses among other things. I was not happy and a friend convinced me to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair and the employee there was able to clean the charging port on my phone for $30. I went back to this Verizon wireless place. They did not want to return the new phone or all the accessories that their salesperson pushed on me. Finally they knew I was not leaving without my old phone that was fixed for $30 to be reactivated and reimbursement for the accessories. They condescending offered to reimburse me for the new case I purchased but not the liquid screen saver, even though the next person was going to have to pay for it and the Verizon Wireless store would have charged that person $79.99 charging twice for the same product. And on top of it all I vehemently told her that I had insurance on it and she told me I didn't. My insurance on the phone was from Apple but she didn't bother to check just dismissed me. I don't know about you but I am living on Social Security and this money means a lot to me just to fix what wasn't broke to get it fixed. To get my phone fixed for emails etc I had to go to an outside company which cost me an additional $200 to repair what Verizon damaged ! I would rate Verizon at a -50
