I had account with Verizon about 4/5 years ago and I had transplant and change my service to…read moreanother provider and didn't receive my final bill because I was in TN for medical reasons and I end with a 70.00 final bill and because I didn't get it and when I was able to manage my business I paid the bill and the person I spoke due and it was during Covid and the person I spoke with advised they will remove the late payment on my credit report and now it's pulling my credit score down and the persons I spoke with can now only give me their rules. I don't have the name of the person I spoke with back then. These companies like Verizon is so frustrating.

Then when i arrived, they didn't want to help. they walked off. even after stating i would pay cash for the battery, Don still came up with some insane step that even the apple store doesn't ask for. i have called the corporate office because shane gave me the incorrect number over the phone, as he read it out fastly. i had a pen to write it down,(LOL) since i knew he was going to read it very fast; but it was not the right number. i called the store in LR and spoke with Nolan who was VERY helpful. DO NOT GO TO NLR U BREAK U FIX EVER!!!!! I REPEAT! DO NOT DEAL WITH DON AND/OR SHANE UNLESS YOU HAVE BIG BIG BIG PATIENCE!!!!!! you have what you need and they still come up with all these steps that were NOT needed to change a battery! It cracked easily after that. So I go back paid an other screen few more times shortly after that. I feel weird, it never that easy broken before till this con artist workEd on my phone screen . Last time he was jacked up price on me. So I decided take it down the road near by people changing me 55. And found out this jack- moe took my screen brackets out. So it can keep cracking easily!!!!! so he can keep stealing my money ! Everyone who changed screen there should take it to check out , I'm sure he is not only doing it to me !!!!
