I have found this merchant to…read morebe untrustworthy as I have attempted to return a phone purchased less then 48 hours prior and contrary to the written included return policy on the receipt the associate flat out refused the return and said she would need to obtain authorization from someone who is in meetings on Wednesday so after just short of .5 hours I left phone in hand on the way to the Bank that issues my Visa Card and promptly filed a dispute for and against all charges (the phone was $150.00 and the plan appears to be $70.00). I thereafter filed an FCC complaint wherein I was very specific and particular. Saddest part is the Moto G 2nd Ben I purchased from Motorola (world GSM unlocked) was promptly returned to that manufacturer based on this persons supposed expertise... but that merchant even paid the return shipping charges. I would not ever and I mean ever purchase anything from either of this persons stores. I would not recommend him and/or her to a friend, relative or enemy. In fact one of the associates went as far as to try and sell me on the potential of them upgrading their legacy network "this summer".... never ever again! It has now been straightened out. The owner of the business wrote me a day or two after posting my review and made things right.. I have since added a couple of stars to my original rating. Moreover I still have hopes that at some-point in the future of gaining economical internet access by wi-fi(ing) my own phone but this will not happen without some one first guaranteeing me that I have access at my residence (a newly built home in a less populated neighborhood). But until then I am back on the search for something that works.

She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive. Can't say enough about Chandace and how absolutely awesome she is and grateful we are. She was turning a bad situation into a good one and is an asset to AT&T.
