I needed a new gateway, my old one was failing. It takes quite a while to do each transaction there for who knows why? A bar code reader would definitely speed things up. Entering all the numbers by hand when there is already a bar code on it slows everything down and can cause the wrong entry. The worker didn't know to activate the new gateway as he was supposed to, so I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with Tech Support when it could not be set up at home. He also brought out the wrong gateway, but he did realize that immediately after checking my account again. He couldn't give a definitive answer on what the difference between the two was. He did ask his "boss" for a little help on a couple of things, but she obviously didn't know either to activate the gateway on their end before it goes out the door. She was also busy with another customer on another very long transaction. I'd imagine there is practically no training past the bare minimum. The guy was possibly on his 2nd week there at best. He was polite and Tech Support said the new gateway is the latest model. Knowing the SIM Card in it needs to be activated would have made a far better experience. I asked Tech Support to notify their stores they don't know to do this step. I wonder if T-Mobile wireless will be just like cable internet and new equipment will be needed every two or three years. T-Mobile does not charge rentals fees so that is a major plus. Now, if you are going to make everyone wait, plus take 15 mins to do each transaction, have some G.D. chairs. Every time you go in there, the people are new. Even if your last visit was 6 months ago. Hours and days open are not the same as listed on the website and seem to fluctuate frequently. They were very rude and unprofessional. I was told by one person that I was to get a free phone with a new plan. I had to go to the bank get some money and I will return however when I got back a different person was working at a time. A note would be it was the same day. Probably an hour later. And another time it was if you are with us for 30 days you can get a tablet for just the plan price. Well exactly 31 days later when I went to pay my bill I was informed by the same person nope that plan does not exist anymore. read more

Horrible service. Went in for a phone upgrade and the guy obviously didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care. Probably both. Took over an hour to figure out how to get the phone upgrade applied and then after finally figuring it out and spending way more time to then it should have to find a screen protector. Decided to say oh no actually this phone isn't eligible for an upgrade. Thanks for waisting my time! read more

spent $90 getting my phone fixed, I asked before hand if that'll cover the camera working too, and he said yes when I'm done with it, he only replaced the screen and wanted to charge me and other $50 for the camera. I asked for a refund and he said it would be $50 more for him to put my broken screen back on read more

I am an existing T Mobile customer, and they could not help solve one of the issues that I was having . This is the worst customer service that I have experienced at a wireless provider store. The manager continued to argue with me!, and would not let me talk with another service rep. T Mobile has the worst service (one bar) in the Beavercreek area, and they know it. Could care less. Wanted to charge me over $600 to upgrade from an Iphone X to an Iphone 12 . AT&T will give me one for free!. Guess where I'm heading, straight to the AT&T Store. I'm an existing T Mobile customer, and they were unable to help resolve my issues, and provide any solutions! The manager just continued to argue with me, and refused to let me deal with another service rep. He does not listen to customers! I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Always disappointed in this store. I turned my phone in after I jumped two years ago and they seemed very confused about the process. They said they don't take phones even though the call center told me to take it there. I actually videotaped them taking it from me to have evidence because I was worried that they wouldn't do it right: Now wanting to jump again, turns out that it was never recorded as turned in so I wasn't allowed to jump again. But luckily I had the video evidence and when I called the call center, they fixed the problem for me. So now I am ready to jump again. I went into the store today go look at the top of the line phone. I know they are supposed to greet customers when they walk in the store and if they are busy, say they will be with me in a minute. There were 2 T-Mobile people and only one customer in the store at the time. But no one said a word to me for 10 minutes. Instead I heard them telling another customer that the call center doesn't know what they are taking about. Not a good way to represent the company. I left annoyed all over again at the lack of service and said "thanks for nothing" and they told me I was rude. Maybe so, but it was pretty frustrating. This is not a corporate store. Go to the T-Mobile store in Happy Valley or Tualatin. Both of them are much better. read more

Thanks for being open until 6pm on a Sunday! I left my charger at a hotel and cracked my screen so I needed a life proof case and a Samsung charger in a pinch. Both gentleman who assisted me were kind and went above and beyond by cleaning up my phone and putting the new case together properly for me. read more

T Mobile what a rip-off. Purchased 2 new Android phones and decided we could get a better price from Consumer Celluar. We went back to T Mobile store to return the phones, which we had for less than 24 hours and they charged us a $170.00 restocking fee On two new Android phones that we had not made one call on, the phones were brand new. We could not believe it. They will return those to stock and sell them as new phones. If we had of known this prior to the purchase we would have gone to Consumer Cellar sooner. I guess all I can say is "Buyer Beware" Check around before you make a final decision. I can say right now that T Mobile is not a very flexible company. I have told several people about our experience with T Mobile which has helped them choose a different carrier for their cell phone needs. T Mobile could care less about its customers it all about the bottom line. I guess we are not the only ones to get ripped off, just check out the reviews on Yelp...... Wish I could give them no stars. We talked to a specific gentleman about a new phone a new plan and things that he would do to make our bill great. LIES. Complete lies. Instead of charging less like he said would happen it actually jumped up to 100+ more dollars. Like I said complete lies. He credited back 100 bucks but that's not fixing the problem he fixed it for a minute. We go in to get some help, he no longer works there.. go figure he was probably doing some shady stuff to make it look good and got caught. So we go in to get some other help from people who still work there and nothing. They don't wanna help and the so called manager there now reduced it by 20 dollars.. uh no it was supposed to go back to its original bill. So yes all liars and I would never use T-Mobile again, currently trying to find a better plan even though we've been pretty loyal to them for more than 10 years. read more

I love T-mobile! My family has been with T-mobile for over 20 years and I have been with them since I was a teenager and got my first phone. I will be a customer for the rest of my life. I have always received great service both over the phone or walking into a store. I like the fact that t-mobile always makes things right. If there is ever anything incorrect on my bill they go the extra mile to make sure that it is corrected and that you have everything that you need and feel valued as a customer! Worst customer service ever, the staff are not professional and are not trained. They looked over our account claiming that we are prime, then rang us up with a special discount for being prime. However the discount did not apply, only info they gave us was there p.o.s system was acting up and said that if we pay the extra right now we can come in the next day to be refunded. That was an absolute lie. The staff does not know who's what and what's who at this location, they don't have any pride in helping the customers. And put no effort in helping. There is never a manager at this store, which I find odd and ridiculous. They whole T-Mobile team at this location needs to be fired and replaced with actual employees that are trained to be efficient at there job. It's cell known company for gosh sake, how incompetent can these people get. And don't even get me started on the over the phone customer service!!! read more
