When my Iphone Headphone jack stopped working, I took it to an Apple Authorized Representative who told me to replace it, they would essentially have to replace the entire phone, which would have cost around $700, or whatever it is to get a new phone. I wish I could give it a 4.5. But I will always go here for my iPhone/iPad repair needs. Back in 2017 my iPad screen just pooped out and I needed a place to fix it. Lo and behold this place was the place to go. So I took the leap of faith to get it fixed. I went in and Danny told me it would cost $99 to fix which was cheaper than anywhere else. I come back a couple hours later and he then said it would be $129 (which is the actual price, he just accidentally told me $99). But then he remembered he did tell $99 for me, so he kept his word and charged me $99. That's a good guy right there. Now today, my iPhone XR had a crack on the back and he said he could fix it for $150 which is way cheaper than anywhere else. And it would be ready the same day. Boom. It's good as new. I am 100% happy with it. This is a guy I can trust! The one issue is I got an iPhone 7 fixed as well this same day which costed $80. The iPhone looks great but the glass is a little thicker/raised a little more compared to the usual iPhone 7 screen. But it's fine. Overall, I will always come here. I've been to this place a few times over the last 3 years. Bought two used phones here. In general, I like them, and I definitely dig the idea of it. I'm a thrifty girl and I cannot fathom spending $500 for my phone, even I had the money. So you can buy on Craigslist (eek), you can buy online (a crapshoot, and you can't play with the damn thing before you buy it), or you can find a place like this. Based on the amount of reviews and their appearance and location (or lack of appearance and location), I'm guessing this place remains a secret. I bought my last two phones here, and I generally have nice things to say. The first phone was a loser, and I wish they'd talked me out of it - but is that their job? Sort of, but the last phone- an HTC desire (i think) - is perfectly peachy keen. And only cost me like $120. They sell, trade and repair phones. Sometimes - depending on the job and your needs, you will be there a while. One time I went in and couldn't be helped because the only person who could help me wasn't in. They have a decent selection of the basic smart phones for multiple carriers. Most of the phones - smart phones are more in the 200-300 range but there are some options under $150 and certainly higher priced. So here's the thing. It's a family business. The daughters work there for their dad, I think and there's other folks as well. And they are fun and cute, and somewhat knowledgeable - but the place is generally unprofessionally run. The girl who seems to always help me has such a "oh this is boring, and I was REALLY meant to be an Iranian paris hilton" attitude that I have to laugh, and cant resist gabbing with her despite myself and any slight annoyance. RACIST CAVEAT: I have no idea if they are Iranian... it's just a guess and nothing one way should be read into my choice of that or any country of origin). So this place is A-Ok and meets my needs. I'm not aware of a better place that does exactly this anywhere nearby so I will keep using them - or at least giving them first shot at my business. But it could look and be run more professionally - fer sure. read more

A Spanish speaking couple came in after me and was helped before me even though I'd already been waiting for quite a while before he'd even come out of the back room. When he finally got to me, he treated me like I was stupid and kept saying rude things to me. The second time I came in I got helped by a young mexican? girl.
