DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! Save your time and your energy! If I could give it negative Zeros I would. We called TMobile and did a warranty exchange. Phone representatives were super helpful. Mentioned the store would call when received (normally takes 24hrs) 3 days go bye and not a call, we called and it gets redirected to a not working number. Called T-Mobile back and they said the phone arrived 3 days prior and said we can show up to the store. We went, workers questioned why we waited so long to show up... because you didn't let us know it arrived!!! Then proceeded to say they don't do warranty exchange as the last hour business. Cool... we show up the next morning, they can't help. Apparently they're saying it hasn't arrived. We called TMobile on the spot and they confirmed it did, they spoke to the store rep on speaker , Antonio, and he was just as rude to the customer service rep as he was to us. Pretty much said, "you say it's here, we don't see it, nothing I can do." Apparently, they never have a manager on site, so we have to return three hours later to hopefully speak to one. T-Mobile phone re requested to be on a call with us on our arrival. We showed up 1 hour after expected manager arrival time... NO MANAGER (Mario) Waiting 1 hour in the car... still NO MANAGER!! Phone rep canceled the order and reshipped to another store. Will no longer be dealing with 3rd party stores, ArchTelecom or anything related. Save your time and energy. This is one of THEE WORST targets to go too. There are always maybe 2 MAX 3 cashiers, AND THERE ARE NO SELF CHECKOUTS HERE. The staff is nice but the store itself is poorly maintained, it's been like this for years and it has to change. I never go to any TMobile locations in Pomona I usually go to the location in Chino Hills anytime I have any phone problems or if I'm looking to upgrade my phone. Today 7/11/24 I was in a rush and went to this location and spent the next 5 hours of my day on the phone with T-Mobile customer service removing all the accessories and crap I did not approve/buy off of my account. I went in their to open a new line and just transfer my 2 devices over and when I got home I discovered they added a bunch of accessories onto my account and put me on a family plan I did not need with 2 additional lines I didn't need as well! The entire time I was here I saw 4 women come in and complain about their phones and service and the workers just brushing them off and not helping them what so ever. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that takes pride In hiring competent works who are gonna actually help the consumer and not just try to rack up sales. This review was due to one particular associate who worked there. At the time of my visit, T-Mobile's customer service phone service seemed to be down. I drove to this location to better understand what was going on with my bill. Instead of taking the time to listen to my concerns fully the associate at the time kept dismissing my question. He kept assuming he knew what I was seeking to understand when in fact he kept giving me responses that were not relevant to me. He just acted annoyed that he had to help me and kept looking at his phone. What made it worse was that there were no other customers in the store at that time. I'd understand if there were several customers in line waiting for assistance. I walked away not being helped and I had to go to another location in Chino to get my questions answered. read more

Went in to try and open a new account as an existing customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store and since I wasn't purchasing a new phone they pretty much looked at me as a waste of time and were extremely disrespectful. This guy was condescending and rude , and obviously only cared about sales and not their customers. I would never give these guys my business again. Hopefully you don't either. I have visited this place twice and I must say that this is the first time both agents really helped me and plus knew what they were doing. I have experienced it all with T-Mobile and I am glad I chose to come here. The first time Lupe helped me upgrade and open a new line. She went above and beyond and also was pretty fast and this is how u know that they know what they are doing. The second visit I was assisted by another young lady which I can't remember her name but she also helped with activating my new phone that came in the mail and also helped me with iCloud. I stopped in the day after some network failures that happened company wide. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Kim and signed in by Carlos. As I waited patiently, I noticed how kind and professional they were. Specifically to an older couple who needed some hand holding. If I ever need my mother to get phone assistance this is exactly how I'd want them to treat her. My turn came and Both Kim and Carlos worked together while greeting incoming clients (super busy evening) . They gave me options and explained everything in detail while showing me promotions. This store is very welcoming and fast. The workers are nice the minute you walk in. Very helpful with payments and if upgrading or looking for anything new. Joseph and Ceaser are awesome. I've been attended by both workers and they are so nice and helpful. Joseph is very straight forward about what he's selling you and knows how to do his job! Every question I had, he had an answer. If you are going to get a new account of upgrading, etc, go to Joseph or Ceaser, best workers at this store. Love it! Went in to upgrade our phones to the Note 10+ and switch 2 other lines from the phones they had to the phones we upgraded from. Walked in and was acknowledged right away. Joseph was the representative that assisted us. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgable of deals, plans, and offers. He informed us of new plans available and helped us choose the best one for us We were there for a while, and while Joseph was working with us the other reps assisted Joseph in thing he needed. My first experience at this T-Mobile location was great! Then I stopped by the next to upgrade my phones and left very disappointed! The girl who helped me made me feel and think I was confusing her. I love coming to this t-mobile!!! I cannot express this enough, every time I come here and need help with understanding my bill the employees are very helpful and answer every question I have! I recently had my daughter upgrade to a 12 Pro Max, they informed me about all the new features the phone had and they even had the demos out for me to see. I have never had an issue with this T-Mobile at all, everyone always has positive attitudes and store is very clean. They have wipes to clean your hand and offer hand sanitizer. Great example of how a business should treat their customers. I went in fairly close to closing on a Monday night (around 8:45) and instead of being rude and upset that they had to help me, I was greeted with smiles and welcoming words. One of the workers, Ricardo, stopped what he was doing to immediately assist me. I paid a bill and I also wanted a screen protecctor for my phone, and he was so knowledgeable about the most reliable and best fitting products for my phone. He took his time to explain to me what was available, not rushing me to leave or trying to make me buy something I didn't need, which I appreciated greatly. After reading some previous reviews, I'm assuming they hired new folks because the staff from tonight were great. I went into this office as a T-mobile customer just asking them if I could print a piece of paper from my phone email because I was at the DMV right down the street in Pomona and didn't want to drive all the way home, 45 minutes, to print one piece of paper to finish a vehicle registration on a probate real estate sale, I am a Realtor, which included a car sale I had been working on. The crew at this office was so nice. Nice employees, but are clueless about their products. Went into the store looking to upgrade to a Sony Xperia Z3 one day before release date in stores. The two employees kept on claiming that they have no clue when they will receive shipment for the phones, when i clearly kept repeating that the phones, per T-Mobile website, will be available in stores on 10/29/14. They kept on claiming that it's on backorder. Out of impulse, I decided to pre-order the damn phone...one day before release date. I called 2 other T-Mobile stores in Chino Hills after i pre-ordered it here and they said that walking into the store at 10AM would easily allow me to pick up a Z3 without any pre-order or hassle. I will now have to pay an extra $24, that i did no authorize, for Next Day Expedited Shipping that will more than likely make my phone arrive on 10/30 instead of walking out from a different T-Mobile store with phone in hand on 10/29. I figured that it was my fault that i was too lazy to drive to Chino Hills to get the phone so I ordered it at this location which was only a few blocks from my house. I deeply regret my decision. Save yourself some trauma and waste a little bit of gas to go to another T-Mobile store where the employees are knowledgable about their product and release dates. read more

I Do NOT recommend going to this store!! Save yourself the frustration and go to the corporate Tmobile store instead. I went into this store for a phone upgrade and ended up being there for hours and ended up staying way past closing time due to slow computer service. Then the most incompetent employee decided to help us, if you do end up at this store avoid Walter! I was interested in a tablet, and with the free promotion I took the deal. I took the "free" tablet home. The next day Walter texts from his personal phone number to both me and my daughter. I found this to be highly unprofessional since I do not think it is right for an employee to have taken our numbers home. Apparently Walter gave me the wrong tablet and needed me to return the one he gave me. I do not live by this store and was at work so I said I would bring it in over the weekend. He then promised me a galaxy tab for the trouble. He never said I had to return it by a specific date so I went in on Monday, February 15 and the employees at the store said I was a day late for the special. Seeing as this was not my fault I expected the situation to be a quick walk in and trade the tablet, but NO I was told I needed to pay new taxes on the new tablet plus shipping since the galaxy tablet was not in stock. Why would Walter promise something that wasn't even in stock?? This was the biggest waste of my time. I truly regret going to this store, and you will too. read more
