When I walked into this phone store, the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. A young girl…read morewas on her phone ignoring the customers need. Myself and about three other people were waiting to be helped but she was clicking away on her phone looking up occasionally to see what was going on. When she did help this older couple and they didn't really understand what she was talking about, I noticed how rude she was talking to them like they were dumb. Now my real problem was the manager, I work in sales myself and I know customer service very well since I am a manager myself. She on the other hand was by far the worst CSR I've ever encountered. She would curse in front of me and just plain ignore me and answer her phone calls in the middle of our conversation. Apparently her store was supposed to close at 3 pm if it wasn't busy and she was rushing me and kept complaining about how it was 15 past 3. Honestly, I would go to another cricket store but this is the only one that's closest to me. Worst employees to ever be employed there.

This review is for the AT&T headquarters housed in this building…read more Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family's home landline ceased to work in March. After calling customer a number of times to make appointments with technicians to address this, I was finally able to meet one to assess our situation. He checked our lines inside the house and determined the problem was with the line leading to the house. With my patio deck collapsed, it was not safe for him to roam in my backyard. He tried the access it, ringing my neighbors' doorbell in hopes of accessing the line A familiar technician came last week and was able to gain access to the non-working pole and repair the line. Since I work during the day, I was not able to give him access and arranged for another technician to come over after I returned home from the office. After working with our box inside the building, the line was active again.... sigh and whew. Though this was a challenge in getting repaired, I appreciate the people who made this happen. Thank you to Brenda from the office of the president in Dallas for keeping everything moving till it was fixed. Thank you to Jessie, the familiar local technician who repaired the wire issue. Thank you to Randy for coming by just before your work day ended and making sure the line was active again. Thank you to Carlos, the area manager who periodically checked with me on the progress. I appreciate that AT&T took my letter to heart and appreciate the concession on my bills while the line was down. Take a bow for going that extra mile.

If I hadn't come to these guys, important work info and months of pictures would have been gone forever. Well worth the $25 dollars I spent. The thing that stood out to me most was how honest these guys were. It's very evident that they have the customers best interest in mind. If you have a broken phone or laptop,go to these guys, you wont regret it.

Looked for a repair shop in the Arlington area…read more.. I found this one as it was near my eye doctor and assumed I could get my device repaired during my eye exam. Dropped off iPad for repair a little before 1pm and was told it would be completed within an hour. I was pleased with the time range, an hour was welcomed. He indicated the machine was down and could not give me a recipe it for check in, but he would he call with the ticket number. I never got the ticket number. I called at 4:15 to check on the status he indicated it was complete. I shared that I was a bit away, but I would be there within an hour. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not repaired. He indicated he failed to call me and let me know that it wasn't ready. He then proceeded to tell me that the debit machine was not in order and I would have to pay cash and to come back in 20 minutes. He gave a me a $5 off card for the next time.

And I didn't feel like driving to Cedar Hill or Arlington so I stuck it out. Our company has a corporate account with them and he said "well we're franchise so we don't do that ". He replaced the batteries and it seemed like it bothered him to do it. Last time I visit this place. Keep "your franchise " to yourself. I've been to batteries plus in Arlington, Mansfield and Cedar Hill and all of those have been awesome. For a new store you might want to re-evaluate your employees.
