Only my Alexa is now connected. My phone, iPad and Roku tv will not connect. Customer service tells me there is something wrong but when it comes to give me a solution they hang up and they do not call me back. This has been the worst service from a communication company I have ever received. I have asked them if I could upgrade my service to another type of package. The answer has been no. Customer service always drops the ball. In the past 3 months, I have been trying to get this resolved when I've had time to call or go to the store but nothing is working. 1) I was talking for a longtime with one and when it came to scheduling another technician, even though he had been calling me back before, the call was disconnected and he did not call me back. When I called back there was no answer. 2) I connected to the robot maybe 10 times in one occasion, It detected that there's a problem but when it came time to schedule a technician the call was disconnected. I am sitting here wondering why this is happening. This is disgusting. I don't even want to give one star but I can't post my complaint review without at least giving them one star.

She used a SIM tool to open the tray which is located on the left side of the phone, took out the old SIM card, and inserted a new card. My phone was working back to normal again. No regrets so far and I am loving what Android has to offer! I had made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday through the Verizon app, but showed up before 12:30pm and they took me right away. The woman helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly - she wasn't a fan of me switching smartphones though. LOL The store inside is very large and spacious - it doesn't feel crowded and I like the layout of how all of the products are organized. They have plenty of places to sit while you are waiting too. Overall, the whole appointment took maybe an hour, but the longest part was my iPhone transferring everything over to my new phone. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything else the whole time I was there which was nice and refreshing. I will definitely be back to this location the next time I have any phone needs! When I brought it back into the store, the manager refused to help me and told me that I can try going to another T-Mobile store because they're "only a retailer" and cannot process returns. What do you mean you can't undo YOUR mistake? The rep at the second T-mobile knew immediately what happened. He manage to process the returns for me be and also disclosed that MANY people had been in just that day to return their trackers because they were also not properly informed of what it was. I had to pay $20 for a restocking fee for each item that I returned. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a failure to disclose material terms and an unauthorized addition of services to my account. I will be escalating this to corporate. Customers should carefully review every line of their receipt before leaving this location.
