The whole process was smooth and easy to do (even though the system was down). And to top it all off, I got a military discount. I'm sold on the brand since I was using adidas running shoes for 10 years. I greatly appreciated the information and advice on everything I asked about since I'm new to the brand. I was also looking for water shoes but I don't think they had that. The store was impressive and the vibe was welcoming and overall nice to be in that store environment. The employee assisting me, who said she was a manager, immediately refused the return, citing a 60 day limit. When I asked why the app would allow an in-store return if it supposedly couldn't be accepted, there was no real answer--just a shrug and "there's nothing we can do." A second manager stepped in and was just as dismissive, offering zero effort to problem solve or even explain the disconnect. I left the store, opened the Nike app, switched the return method to UPS, and dropped the items off successfully less than a mile away. What should've been a quick stop turned into an hour-long inconvenience because store leadership didn't understand the tools Nike itself provides. Or just didn't care. Ironically, the app delivered far better customer service than the actual store. Third visit here, and definitely the last. Next time, I'll skip the store entirely and stick with the app.

I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.

The dust bag and box I sent it in does not have any odor i called the store and the first lady who picked up told me that the wallet had been cleaned, I proceeded to ask for the manager, and the manager informed me that it was lightly clean then changed the story to say that it had not been cleaned she was very unprofessional and did not want to deal with the problem at hand. It is not worth going here, and if I could, I would leave a zero rating. Now my wallet has diminished in value and they have cleaned their hands of the problem. Went in two days ago to get on my own plan from a different account and everything was going well. I had to come back in the next day with a code and the rest was all set up. I get there the next day, there is "Will be back in 15 mins" sign on the window. No big deal. When the guy comes to the door to unlock it, he does not welcome me in the store, has his vape in his hand, and sits at his desk. When I go to tell him that all I need to do is give him the code and finish what I had started yesterday. He proceeds to start another credit app on me and then ends up putting me on the phone with the fraud line because now I have two credit applications. While I am trying to understand the lady that barely can speak English, he is vaping in front of me and proceeds to not talk at all until I walk out. This guy NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Unprofessional is not the word.
