After a passive verbal exchange the police were called. He ended up negotiating with the officers instead of the customer and while he brought the repair price down significantly, I was still expected to pay for the hopes that my iPad would be fixed. So I posted on Yelp with a request for a cleaner who could promise it wouldn't happen , and MK Cleaning promised that they could meet this requirement for us, and they have reliably done so for a decade.
