We have had weekly or bi-weekly maid service from MK Cleaning for nearly 10 years now! The same crew has been with us through move-in, 4 floors of piecemeal renovations that have dragged out over years, having a baby, having a second baby, working from home, and on and on. We originally found them, because we had had trouble with every company we had tried before them letting our cats out of the house or closing them into cabinets or closets, where they would be stuck for hours until we got home. So I posted on Yelp with a request for a cleaner who could promise it wouldn't happen , and MK Cleaning promised that they could meet this requirement for us, and they have reliably done so for a decade. Phew! Plus, they just really go to extra lengths to figure out what our family needs most on a given week, and they put extra effort in to make our lives easier. We had a major phone accident while across the country in DC. Thomas was immediately available ... had the phone apart in seconds and put the logic board into a similar phone to help me see how he was trouble shooting my problem. His labor price was reasonable and I definitely noticed where he could have charged higher but did not. Unfortunately the phone was damaged beyond what could be completely attempted in my limited time window. Thomas did get the phone working much better than when I brought it in even if not completely repaired. After getting no help from T-Mobile, Mobile X had a few used iPhones on hand that we could purchase so as to get back to finishing our vacation. I had a really great experience here. The charging aperture on my iPhone 7 was busted, so I took it in to Mobile X. They diagnosed the problem as some debris in the aperture, and took the phone apart to take it out. Fifteen minutes later the problem was solved, and for a modest fee. Worst experience at a phone store ever , so unprofessional he said he would fix the screen of my phone for 140$ cool then HE EMPHASIS on HE Suggested he fix the silver rim of the phone and the camera for only 30$ more even better right ...
