Be careful with Verizon Sales People…read more Verizon sales people are scamming people knocking on doors and offering "free" one month trials. They did it to my wife and me. We have them a chance, the technician came in installed the routers etc. and they said we will receive an email at the end of the month asking if we wanted to keep the service. We never got the email. We ended up deciding not to keep the service. After the first month passed since we never got the email we tried to contact the sales person, who never responded. About a week later we got a bill for $120 for the "Free" month and a extra month ahead! We called customer service and they said we "received the wrong promise" and that they will not charge us for the first month but that we had to pay for the month that already started. We are still dealing by the situation we will see if we are manage to resolve this issue. Just be aware. This is either salesmen crap or corporate crap.

Well, they still took money out of my bank for this month. I called them and they said the account is still open. They also said that we had to fill out forms because I was not on the account to be able to cancel it. Apparently, someone is supposed to get back to me but I'm not holding my breath. Fortunately, I got my bank involved and they're disputing the charge. I also cancelled the debit card that they used so now they can't charge me anymore.
