When I tried asking a staff member for help she was very rude and not willing to help me. She also said the only staff that could help were two gentleman already helping guests. After a 10 minute wait 2 more staff members came out from the back room. One came over to help. He was able to reboot the locker system and when we could finally open it my product was not in the locker. He then informed me that it was in the safe and he would get it. That was another 10+ minutes. He was very helpful but the entire process was a train wreck and should have never happened. If you are going to offer lockers for convenience they should be convenient!

Keep in mind that even with appointment, still need to wait until they finish with current customers - just moves you to the top of the wait list.

I went into the store and he was able to not only provide me with a 5 star experience just with his customer service, but helped me figure out the issue I was experiencing with a new phone I had purchased and wasn't activating correctly, and was also able to offer me the screen protectors I needed for 20% off-yes please! What I liked even more was that even at close to 7p when they were closing, he had a few questions and was able to reach out and get answers from those in his network (owners of the store, or district managers, but they were all very helpful and made sure he helped me to the point of satisfaction). Now that's what I call teamwork! The gal who waited on me called my carrier and cancelled my plan and then when she put in new sim card, phone said it was locked. She did not know why nor did I when I know my phone was only a month old and it was an unlocked phone. I was there for 3 hours and got no further with her than waiting for the phone to be unlocked. the manager then came instore and by that time, I was angry and frustrated with her. He could not help either and told me to leave and never come back. I came home and called my old carrier and was told it takes a day or two to port over phone number and change carriers. Why did this woman make me wait if she knew that was how long it took? Besides that, she gave me a higher priced plan with Boost which I was able to correct.
