My wife and I came in to transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile. We had three phones that we wanted transferred. Plus, we had my father in laws old flip phone that we needed to upgrade to an iPhone 15. We were assisted by Stephanie and Mario. I was extremely happy with how easy it was to accomplish all that we needed. I came three times in one week trying to upgrade my phone, and it was busy or only one person helping. I decided to make an appointment and when I showed up it was packed in there so I said I have an appointment are you going to help me ? And the one of the girls responded that they were all busy and basically my appointment was not an appointment and was first come first serve. Are you kidding me ??????? Really dislike leaving negative reviews but I was completely blindsided by this store. I recently gave this store a great review for their service and overall experience. I left feeling great, little did know that I left with inaccurate information. I saved the picture of what Yukio wrote my changes and upgraded to the plan was going to be so when I got my bill and saw that it didnt match I went into the store. My experience with the store manager was absolutely gut turning . He spoke to me from the side of the desk leaning on an elbow with this very we'll just say unprofessional demeanor . After showing him and explaining what happened (with Yukio standing right there) he said there's nothing he can do while shrugging his shoulder at me .. (no lie shrugged his shoulders ) I'm telling you this experience was bad. Yukio just stood there and didn't say a word. I understand that with any job there are limitations to what an employee can do at times. I understand that you know what maybe Yukio made a mistake. That I could get over and still reccomend the store but the tone, verbiage used, and demeanor of the store manager I can NOT. My interaction with him alone is the reason for the review change. There was no apology for their mistake simply a "there's nothing I can do" with a shrug that pretty much came across to me as an OH WELL. This review is already pretty lengthy so I wont go into the details but people please read the negative reviews and take them seriously. There are so many other T mobile store in the area. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here. I came in to switch one line from my old coverage to T-Mobile. Should have been quick & easy but the girl helping me out didn't know what she was doing... She had me cancel my old coverage before unlocking the phone, so we sat on hold for 30+ minutes until we could reach someone from my old service to help. She also signed me up for a business account?! So I had to go back in person to another store to fix that. Should've been a quick 15-20 minutes to switch but it took nearly 2 hours. read more

I came in to do a trade in and upgrade for my mom on mother's day. I have a galaxy s10 lite, which is obviously part of the galaxy s10 series. The advertisement states any galaxy s10 line They said they couldn't guarantee me the trade would be accepted and I would need to pay full price and wouldn't get my galaxy back What a joke? I asked who could get me assurance on if the lite version qualifies. They said I need to call their corporate phone number I ask several more questions, they say call the corporate number Why even have a storefront? Fire everyone, close your stores and go fully online, you're wasting money on paying people when a web page can provide a phone number to call when help is needed. read more

Went in to get a hot spot since i work remotely like most of us now. Daniel the manager was extremely helpful . Go to check my account a few days later and find out that he had ordered a $300 speaker on my account and charged my card and had it sent to himself. Also found out that somehow i made an inperson charge at a tmoble store in Washington state at the same time for $180 .... needless to say Daniel will no longer have a job. Bright-side Tmobile customer service was extremely helpful and got everything handled and refunded. Be careful who you trust. read more

A follow up to my review from September 2022. After all of the numerous phone calls and letters sent into T-Mobile, they sent me to a collection company. I had no choice but to pay off the full amount. This company is nothing but pure hell to work with. I would definitely NOT recommend them to any of my family and friends. Yukiko was amazing and very helpful she even took the time to help us set our T-Mobile online account. She helped us understand in what we need to do in order to get our promotion, over the years I've come to understand it takes both the rep and the customer to do their part in order to assure a promotion. New management and new sales staff have no personalities. Walked in no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence until I asked for help. Wanted to buy my wife a new iPhone 14 pro as a Birthday present. Asked if I could just buy the phone and get the trade-in credit when she brought it back to activate it, they said no that it would have to be all on the same transaction. I never really post on here, but do not sign up for T-mobile in French valley. My girlfriend and I signed up for two lines at this location, switching from Verizon. The bill for Tmobile was unusually high (double what we were expecting) and upon calling a representative- there were four lines on our account. It appears as though the representative that signed us up (Amy), signed up two additional numbers. I found it very interesting because we were not handed a stack of papers like you normally would receive signing up for a contract where you can verify all the information , and could not confirm any information because the app has been giving me trouble. All we did is walk in, make a down payment and sign on the signature pad. The whole thing was very interesting. In hindsight I should have asked for the contract paperwork, but it was a very long day. I am only posting this so others do not end up paying for other lines ubeknownst to them, that are piggy backing off their service. read more

Tmobile at Benton Winchester CA will screw you over, blind side you, lie to you and cheat you over and make you feel really stupid. Tommy and Amy are by far the worst customer representatives. I've faxed complaints and sent mail out to corporate office because experiences like this should not go silent, hard working families should not have to pay for service like that. They put you on a totally new plan thinking your on a good promotion just because you've been a loyal customer and the phone you plan to trade is in excellent condition. Don't be blind sided guys, we asked for a print out of all the transactions and promises but were told they don't provide that. Well here we are having to settle for what was originally promised a $800 promotion on 2 phones down to only $600 on top of that ad ons and ad ons that we certainly did not agree too. Well that's the last for Tmobile and our family we have had it with their cheating selves. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and angry long time customers here. I used this store to switch carriers 02/19/2022 I purchased a Pixel 6 and was offered and accepted an trade in of my Iphone 12 to get a Iphone 13 with a $33 bill credit for 24 monts, making the Iphone free. My 1st bill came to me and charged me for the Iphone 13. I called the 611 billing number 0n 02/10/2022 and was told that the store did not process the promotion and asked me to go back to the store. On 03/11/2022 I went to the Benton store and spoke to Jacob the store manager. He stated that the promotion was processed and that an email was sent with a shipping label and after 14 days the promotion expired. I went into my email, spam and trash and no such email was ever sent. Jacob then told me he would elevate it to fix the issue and at the least he would refund the Iphone13 and reprocess the purchase to generate that email and he call me back on 03/14/2022. I did not get that follow up call as promised. I called on him again on 03/15/2022 and was told he was at lunch, I left a message to call me back but no call back. I called again on 03/17/2022 at 2pm and on 03/18/2022 at 5pm both times saying he was at lunch with no call back. I contacted T-Mobile at the 611 billing today 03/24/2022 and they said that the promotion was never applied to my account so there was nothing generating that email with the shipping label. So the manager either lied to me or at the very least lacks the integrity to fix his stores error. I have filed a BBB complaint and the 611 billing department has assured me they would get with Jacob to fix this T-Mobile error, we will see. read more

Went into this location due to lack of sprint reception I have been receiving. The young lady who helped me actually was able to get me switch onto Tmobiles network well keeping my sprint plan!
