Great, fast service! But they were forcing people to wear masks before they would even serve them. So a bunch of people had to hop out of the long line, find a mask in their vehicle, then return to the back of everyone. I understand. People are still scared of CV. Just putting a warning out for those who don't support businesses who force people to go against their rights (our governor opened Texas up 100% at Easter). read more

Really really disappointed with the staff here. I had my hands FULL, I mean full with 2 boxes on top of a big box (which happened to be a sink of all things) and on my shoulder a huge bag (the plastic ones that home goods sells at the counter) full of misc amazon items to return. There was no customers in the store but I could see a staff member at the register. It was crazy windy and I was struggling to not drop the sink and all my other returns AND get the door open for myself. The wind slammed the door closed once and it took a few more attempts of me struggling until I managed to open the door for myself with all my Amazon returns still in hand. Can you believe that SOB at the register, *employed by UPS* stood there and just watched the me struggle and struggle and not once came around the counter to hold the door for me. THERE WAS NOT A CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. This d*ckwad just stood there. I HAD A SINK IN MY HANDS and he couldn't even hold the door for me - he just watched me struggle with the wind and trying to get my shoulder in the door. Whoever is managing this store needs to watch the cameras (3/2/23 @ 3.30pm ish) This is a disgusting lack of customer service. read more

This place is a joke. I tried to return a package 2 weeks ago and they said the system just crashed so I had to go somewhere else and make the return. I decide today it should be fixed and went to go make another return and guess what? A sign on the door stating they can't process returns without a prepaid label because their internet is down. How embarrassing for a store that process tons of internet orders to have no internet. Management needs to get on this ASAP. read more

I continuously use this location because everyone is quick and efficient. Katelyn helped me this week finally get my life together with all my tax shinanahgins. Why are they not employing people to work so they can make a living & buy family Christmas and knowing that it's Christmas and people will need to mail their gifts? Why?? I went into the store to have something notarized. I waited in line for several minutes. When I reached the counter, I was told I would have to wait for everyone else to be serviced before I could be helped. When I asked why, I was told this was due to them having only two reps working registers. This made no sense to me because I, myself had to wait in line for them to help others. Why couldn't the others behind me wait for me? There were only three other patrons in the store. Two were at the register already and one was in line. All were white and I was the only black person. After I complained and voiced I do not have all day to wait for you to service every other person in the store and posed the question am I supposed to wait for the store to be completely empty? What if people keep coming through the door? I was finally helped. It took her less time to complete the notary than it took for her to help the lady who was in front of me and she was able to do it all at the register. Horrible customer service. I felt like I was treated differently than everyone else there and not because of the service I requested. read more

Had such a pleasant experience at this UPS location thanks to DJ. I originally went to FedEx to ship a computer and the lady there did a terrible pack job for $35 and attempted to charge me over $250 just to ship it. She claimed it was snowing somewhere that's why shipping was so expensive...made no sense. I took my computer to UPS instead and DJ helped me out. He took apart the horrible packaging the FedEx lady did. Repacked it the right way and didn't charge me extra. Managed to ship my whole package for $133. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Great customer service! I had shipped a secret gift to my brother in the DFW area for him to bring to our family reunion. It was delivered quickly, but no one was at home to receive it, so it returned to a UPS office for 2-3 weeks waiting to be picked up. By the time we realized the package was waiting at the store, it looked like it was too late. The online package tracking feature showed that the package had been shipped back to the supplier and we wouldn't have what we needed for our family reunion this weekend. I frantically called multiple UPS stores trying to figure out exactly where the package was and whether it could still be intercepted. This store went above and beyond in helping me track down the package both in the electronic system and then--when that didn't get results--suggesting next steps, locating the package by hand, and actively giving me a call back to let me know it had been found. All the while being super positive, patient, and treating this with the urgency that they would for their own family. So thankful to have this store in our corner this morning! Horrible service!! I needed to ship a box to Omaha. I already had my box packaged; it just needed a label. Mind you, I have 5 years combined experience in shipping and receiving and have had related accounts with several shippers. So these 2 "high schooler" refuses to ship my box because they say it could be damaged during transit. I said I'm aware of transit damage but this is a heavy duty box with no holes or rips and it previously had a UPS label on it. So therefore it's UPS worthy. They guy insisted I buy a new box. I say no thanks, I'd like to ship using the box I have. They said they can't do that since it would be on their shipper account and liable for it. I said, y'all are making this complicated, I'll go some place else who will take my money. Literally, went to UPS store on Beach st and had no problems. Unbelievable!!! This store would rather try to upsell me a box for maybe $5 over making UPS money for shipping a small 15x13x12 with 10-15lb in it. read more

I dropped off an item for return at this store, just for it to be delivered back to me a week later. When I called them and asked them to pick it up and deliver it properly, they told me they are unable to do so and to call the corporate line. When I called the corporate line; I was advised that I would get a call back within an hour, that was two days ago and I have yet to receive a call back. I do not think that I should have to make another trip to drop off the item as I followed the proper steps. It has actually made it to the right state (MA) and then was routed back because the return label "must have fallen off". I gave the return label to the person at the counter and asked them to put it on the box, so that would have been their fault for not securing it properly. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I'm trying to social distance due to Covid. My car is broken down so I'll have to ask for transportation from someone else to make the trip back up to the store. And on top of that, this is a breast pump that I'm trying to get replaced before I deliver this baby. When I explained this to the workers, they didn't have any compassion and just stated "Well, you'll have to reprint the label and bring it back up here or request a pick up, which there may be a fee." read more

FINALLY a location near me where I can return my Amazon purchases. I've been here twice and everything has always been quick and painless. Once I did a horrible job wrapping my package and the employee volunteered to use additional tape to reinforce my crappy tape-job. He also gave me a quick lesson on the journey packages have to take and why it's important to properly package anything I mail. Note taken! The service is always quick and the staff is very friendly. BE FOREWARNED: "The UPS Store" locations are franchises and operates differently than when you go to a "UPS Customer Center/Hub." If you mail from a "The UPS Store" location, they are responsible for your package refund if a package is lost. If you ship from a "UPS Customer Center/Hub," they are responsible for a refund. That being said, the people who work at this location are great, smart, helpful, and friendly. The owner(s), on the other hand, apparently is (are) not. I sent five packages out of state from this store, insured the packages, and two of the five packages got lost. This being an extremely rare occurrence in my experience with UPS. However, this store (store number 6734), has declined to pay me the $780 total in refunds, the declared value of the items and the dollar amount of refunds I have already reimbursed my customers who never received their items. UPS, the international company, tells me that yes, they verified my online claims for lost packages, and yes, the packages were indeed lost, however, I must look to "The UPS Store" for my refunds. To date, after nearly a month from shipping the packages and four in store visits to check on the packages status/refund status, they have outright declined to pay my refunds. So, after many attempts, online, over the phone, and in person, to reasonably and fairly collect my refunds, as a matter of last resort after being denied the chance to speak with the franchise owner, this matter has now been officially turned over to the State of Texas Consumer Affairs Division of the State Attorney Generals office, Ken Paxton, A.G. and will soon be a matter of public record. read more

Definitely won't ever be back to this location. Came in to print some documents the computer would not come up for me to use. Waited until both employees didn't have a customer asked for help was ignored even though both looked up when I spoke. I asked for assistance a second time and was met with an eye roll and told the computer just runs slow. Mind you I've already been trying to get the computer to even pull up for 5 minutes so I explained nothing was even coming on and asked if one of them could take a look I was told oh I guess it's just not working then. Apparently neither one could be bothered to walk the whole 5 feet to the computer to make sure it was or not. Pretty pathetic customer service. read more

Normally this store used to be very service oriented pre-COVID. They should adjust their business practices. They allow four people in this tiny space at a time. It should be a maximum of three (including the staff at the counter). Four is FAR PAST THE LIMIT TO DISTANCE APPROPRIATELY IN THIS STORE! This store really should invest in plexi glass barriers or offer curbside options. The employees act as if social distancing is non existent. When I entered the store the attendant must have been eating in the back as she reeked of food, was still chewing and had her mask pulled down. She noticed my concern and pulled it up as I stepped back. What good does a mask do if you keep it under your chin? She kept pulling it up and down, never sanitizing. Come on people, if you are going to touch the outer part of your mask at least sanitize before you begin touching everything in sight. Really disappointing! This store needs to do their part to MITIGATE the spread of COVID!!! read more
