There's also bunch of associates on the floor to help out large crowd of customers. The store has all sorts of Apple products on display. Large inventory of accessories and gadgets. I had put in a pick up order for MacBook. I had same day pickup time available. Upon arrival took me about 5 minutes to check-in and walk out with my order. Smooth efficient service.

And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!

Money is tight for large families, we decided that we were going to switch our families, cell phones and Internet from T-Mobile to Verizon since they're always advertising how they can lower your monthly cost. When we went to Verizon, I felt like the guy just told us everything we wanted to hear he told me my bill was gonna be $284 a month which was a big step down from the 325 I was paying from T-Mobile which made me happy initially. Then my phone stopped working and I didn't have one for about four days. They refuse to do any of the legwork and had me running back-and-forth from T-Mobile to Verizon to T-Mobile to Verizon just for them to do their job. My mother-in-law's phone has not worked since the day that we Switched and they don't seem to care about that. Not to mention my bill this month was $418, which apparently is what the bill will typically be every month if I include the Internet with it. I specifically said I wanted everything that I was getting from T-Mobile the phone, the Internet everything and he told me he could beat their price by at least $60, he lied! He then tried to issue a $200 gift card which at first I thought was great until I looked at it and saw that I'm not able to touch it until August 29 which means that it's no help on any of these bills. They send me about four threatening text messages a day stating that if I don't pay my bill right now, I will cut my service and they've already cut it once I've only had it for two months. They don't send any bills to the house. I can't figure the app out because it's only showing me the 8499. They're charging me for Internet. It doesn't show anything else. I went to the store yesterday after work so that I can try and straighten some of these things out the gentleman that was helping me was very nice and I was working with him and letting him know what was going on. Suddenly, the man who sold us everything and lied to our faces came over and said that there was nothing wrong with Verizon service or anything they did and it's not therefore that I don't know how to pay my bills! Mind you there were other shoppers in the store. After he got done, insulting me he then told me to get out or he would call the police for trespassing. I asked again what I could've possibly done wrong. I never even raised my voice and I would like to know why you're charging me double what you promised. He never answered the question and continued to tell me to get out or he was calling the police for trespassing this was all in front of a crowd of people. By the way, the employee's name is Liam Barr, and he should be behind bars in my opinion. He is a thief. He is a liar. He's a misogynist and he likes to pull power moves just like a woman beater. I have gotten an attorney I will be pursuing this, not only for the monetary losses that were his fault, but also for pain and suffering due to the embarrassment he caused and how nasty and horrible he was to me. I didn't deserve the way he treated me and had my husband been with me. He would've never spoken to me like that, but because I was alone and a woman, he thought he could get away with it. Well, I'm here to tell you I'm the most relentless woman you have ever met and I will make sure that this review is posted on every site. I can possibly find in addition to reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Verizon executives. I'm also gonna let my attorney handle what they need to handle with the Legal team. A word of advice T-Mobile might have Shawty Internet connection at times, but I've never been treated so horribly by anyone as I was in Verizon just yesterday. It's a little rinky-dink store next to the Wawa on Ryan Hill Road they don't have anything in stock anyway it all has to be ordered and they steal from you. The arrival date expected 09/24/2022. The iPhone Mini 12 paid in full along with the account balance on September 10,2022 so this pre release offer could be ordered. The phone arrived 10/25/2022 order wasn't placed until 10/07/2022 why I don't know. The old iPhone 12 was transferred to the new iPhone 14. Three hours in the store begging to pay the bill so I could pick up my son from work 2 hours late the Employee known as V states my bill will be 35.00 per month in which I was upset saying no that is not what I agreed to and cannot afford. V refused to accept a check stating he needed to ring the transactions in multiple. Charging me for the iPhone 12 that was pain 09/10/22, 70.00 to transfer the old to the new iPhone along with the screen protector and case. Switch & bait the contract agreement made 09/10/2022 upset I leave both phones to pick up my son. Calling the Verizon store from my son's phone I requested V to restore my iPhone 12 and that I will take my business to T Mobile on Saturday. He offered to restore the iPhone 12 before picking up my son from work. Return at 7:15 pm he then tells me I refuse to help you and gives me a phone he erased to factory reset keeping 10,000 plus photos, videos, medical appointments, texts, emails, contacts and much more. 8:45 pm to 1:15 am Verizon customer support took a compliant. 8am thru 3:45 pm multiple calls to Verizon, Apple Cloud and no results for restoring my information. V factory reset the iPhone 14 causing me to permanently lose all the data from my iPhone 12. The store manager refused to allow Verizon to schedule an appointment to have my data returned to me. THEFT OF INFORMATION THAT DID NOT BELONG TO THEM. Gregarious emotional distress as my loved ones whom are DEAD pictures cannot be retrieved. The bait & switch with excessive charges along with claiming my iPhone 12 wasn't paid off caused the customer (me) to get upset with the poor business practice of this store and employee. Fasley accused of cursing at him calling him names. While it's true I did use a few cuss words it was not at him or about him rather anger from the length of time there. Lied about the phone arriving when I walked into pick the phone up had to show him the tracking information from UPS saying it arrived at 11:50 and was signed for. I was treated poorly and as a result lost years of precious memories along with important information that no body seems to be able to retrieve even though I pay Apple iCloud and Verizon account cloud to assure recovery in events such as this. Delaware State Police was called by me & arrived as "V" closed quickly pulling out of the parking lot without speaking to law enforcement.
