Asked them to hold 3 different colors for me and gave me directions to where the store was. Great service. Got me the phone I really wanted! I went in to make a cash payment and had to wait almost a half hour. During that time Lucy waited for someone to go get their credit card. He was gone a while. She could have easily taken my cash payment in the time that she waited for this guy. Cesar spoke to me and then went on to talk to other customers who bought nothing. He actually had a drawer and could have easily taken my payment. Instead, I was made to wait unnecessarily to make a cash payment that took less than 2 minutes to complete. Having been a manager in retail you prioritize the people in your store. This store is the worst Tmobile store I have ever dealt with. These employees need proper training on customer service. As much as I hate to have to go to the mall I guess I will have to unless I want to deal with this poor service. read more

I've been to this location many times and I am never disappointed. Their service is excellent and I get it, it gets busy. But they don't rush you. I had a great experience w Vincent H. He was patient showing me my options on my new phone, the financing and accessories that are top selling, etc. Despite other customers interrupting him, he kept cool. He even had a customer come in excited to show him what he learned from practicing what Vincent had shown him on his features, he was an older man. That's when u appreciate the kinda service they give when others return to thx the opportunity the rep took to show them something new in this digital era. I recommend u come see Vincent H. By far the worst waiting times for a T-mobile store. Employees showed no sense of urgency. 40min to an hour wait for assistance with only 2 or 3 people ahead of me on the list. Maybe they should consider hiring additional staff or closing down and focus on improving other stores in the area. I do not recommend this store. read more

I came into T-Mobile to exchange my current Samsung S6 to a Samsung S7 and it was the worst experience ever. The employee assisting me Christian advised me of the need to change my plan and pay an additional 20 dollars a month after the transaction was almost complete. He went to the supervisor Gerardo and he did nothing to try and make what was effed up right. I wasted over an hour of my day after being a customer for over 12 years. I have had the absolute WORST experience with T-Mobile after I switched from at&t. I won't bore you with the details of my predicament but basically I traded in my 6s for a 7 and never received my credit. I spoke to (no joke) seven T-Mobile reps all over the country on the phone. Each one of them either assured me that everything would be taken care of or I would be contacted by their manager. NONE of this ever took place. Don't waste your time with T-Mobile phone reps. You'll just play telephone with a T-Mobile rep in every city of America. The last rep I spoke to was a manager. Her name is Shamika and her work number is 1 (843) 216-4310. She gave me her personal work number because she promised me that she would take care of my problem. A few weeks later and after not hearing from her .....I left three messages on her answering machine and the fourth time she actually answered and she didn't remember me. I explained to her yet AGAIN my situation and she said she couldn't help me. Basically she said- "TOO BAD GIRL, not my problem.". I was extremely upset and voiced that to her. Shamika then hung up on me and when I tried calling back she sent me to voicemail. T-Mobile customer reps on the phone are awful. They're all so extremely nice (so overly so that it's annoying) and then get nothing done. I'd rather have you be a total dick and be efficient AT YOUR JOB. Your niceties aren't helping me or anyone else one bit. I took a chance by going into a T-Mobile store. I had no expectations and only the slightest sliver of hope that anyone could actually rectify this situation. ANDREW. My saving grace. This man is the shit, the tits, The Godfather of T-Mobile reps. He made one phone call and got me my credit- the only thing I had been begging from these reps for months. The credit for my perfectly fine phone that T-Mobile commandeered. All I wanted was my credit and Andrew got it for me like a BOSS. He's amazing and I love him. T-Mobile- your customer service reps answering phone calls SUCK. I wish I had gone into the store earlier. They solved a problem I thought by that time was unsolvable. Thank you Andrew! You rock! read more

Oh my goodness! let me tell you how incredible my experiences was. Let me start with I was paying $100/ month for my unlimited data with AT&T and when T Mobil came out with their plan for $40.00 I was in utter shock that a company that I've given my hard earned money to for over 7 years was charging me an arm and a leg. So I called in to get my service removed with AT&T after battling with the rep for over 10 min she finally says to me "would you like to switch to our $40.00/ month plan that starts today. I just about went through the phone to smack her. In my head I was beyond frustrated that it took her 10 minutes to till me about this deal which is why i was changing and where was the email or the flyer for this since i'm such a loyal customer. I felt soooo scammed. I was DONE!!! being frustrated and already in a bad mood my boyfriend and I walked into the T Mobil store and found Lucy C. She was so calm and answered all of our questions she did everything perfectly. She was obviously following the proper steps to ensure that we had service since our phones were not unlocked just yet. Unlike the rep from T Mobil who worked with my mother in law in Florida whom didn't ask the appropriate questions and my mother in law didn't have a phone for 5 days. Lucy was an angle showed up a pissed off customer and left a happy one. I know she was incredible just because of what happened to my mother in law. GO SEE HER!!!!! read more
