He was able to answer lots of my dumb questions and fixed background issues I had with ease might I add. T-mobile itself is doing too much with their constant upcharge (not the workers fault btw y'all, that is a CEO level decision) but I do appreciate my great interaction with Sean today. Great visit with Tmobile today. I stopped in to get some pricing on the plans and I was greeted by Daniel Sharpe. Daniel was knowledgeable of the plans and did a great job breaking down the best deal for me. He asked awesome qualifying open ended questions and he keep it real with me throughout his presentation. This location was clean and well presented. There wasn't a lot of people in on this particular night so the store was kind of quiet. T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

I am here at 10 on Saturday morning the announcements says they will be open by 10am and is 1020 am an still not open smh.

I recently switched two lines to T-Mobile, buying into a relatively expensive plan Magenta 55+, which offers 40 GB of hotspot data. But when the service was activated, the cell signal at my address was so weak that I could not get a phone call and could not load an internet page on my phone. Clearly, the hotspot data would be of no use without a viable signal. I got online, hoping to move down to a less expensive plan, but T-Mobile would not let me do that. So I contacted another carrier to move my line out of T-Mobile, hoping to keep my present phone number. But when the carrier tried to move the number from T-Mobile, they were told that the passcode was incorrect. I thought I had the correct passcode. So I got on T-Mobile's website to change the passcode to what I thought it was, and T-Mobile said that that passcode was already correct, and I couldn't change to an already valid number. I changed the number by one digit and again tried to move my old phone number from T-Mobile. Same result - T-Mobile claimed the (brand new) passcode was incorrect.
