I tried to explain It was bad communication and he continued to be rude so I left and said I do not want this service. I am a senior citizen seeking a new phone. The Walnut St store did not have the model I wanted in stock but told me the store in Creekside Landing in Apex had it in stock. I went to the Apex store, waited for a short while and the Manager came over and said she had a few questions to start the process. I told her I had gone to the Walnut St store, saw the model I wanted with a promotional sale price and was directed to her location. She said that I would need an account with unlimited minutes-advised her did have and that I have been a customer for well over 20 years! She said that they would have to verify that as if I was not telling the truth. I then asked would they transfer my information from my old phone to the new one. This was always done for me in the past when I upgraded phones. She said that this is only done as a Courtesy and if a sales person was available they would start it but the rest was up to me! I walked out and they did not have the model I wanted! I am very disappointed in the service and am seriously considering another company for my service ! read more

The manager, Jo, was clueless and when I told her to look up the needed information on the internet she told me I was disrespecting her and told me to leave. Unprofessional - she let her personal feelings get in the way of doing her job, but also poorly trained - so her trainers are poor, and her supervisor must be lousy to let her get away with this sort of thing. I had numerous disappointments with the Holly Springs AT&T store. They do not know what they are doing in that store, even the manager. I upgraded a phone and my bill almost doubled and the manager wasn't even able to fix it. I decided to take my business to the Apex store and Lexis P was amazing! She was knowledgable, courteous and acknowledged us immediately when we entered the store. I will definitely use Apex AT&T for my future business! read more

Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Dee are both very helpful and friendly. The store is busy for a reason. Today, Thomas helped me de-unify, and transfer phone lines, which took nearly two hours just today, and multiple visits. We finally got everything taken care of. The facility is clean, well lit, and there are plenty of devices in-store. read more

The customer service here is horrible. They simply do not care to help the customer in any way. They ignore your concerns and do not want to hear anything you have to say. Forget trying to explain anything. Once I showed the manager this review which is 100% true she explained to me I had to leave. They are completely clueless. Another couple sitting across from me was waiting to simply get their iPhone connected. The staff could not do it. The company has made a decision they do not need to be of assistance. Staff has no clue what they are doing or even what they sell. Tried to get information on an International data plan and the ATT WiFi Hotspots. Girl basically told me to just go ahead and print out a map of the city as they never change. So this is why they sold me a $600 Iphone with all these Apps, Maps and GPS, So that i can print out what I want to do each day from the hotel and just keep the phone as a paper weight. My husband and I went to this AT&T store to see about the warranty on his new phone, since the battery only lasts about one day. There were no other customers in the store. The phone manufacturer states that the standby time is 280 hours, but the store manager told us that it was only 24, spoke over us, wouldn't look up that information, and told us to leave the store. Had we acted annoyed? Yes, but we weren't abusive or insulting. read more

I have had excellent customer service every time I have gone in to this store. Felisa one of the associates has helped me the last three of the four times I have gone in and she always has a smile and is willing to go the extra mile. I do admit that the best time to go is during the week day when everyone else is at work or if going on a weekend day to arrive when the store opens to avoid a long wait. read more

Dealt with the store to get internet service. When I shook my head at the 100 dollar instillation fee, the salesperson, who was very personable but not truthful, went into the back and said that he had gotten permission to waive that fee. Being from New Jersey, I checked it out with the phone representatives directly and eventually found my way to customer satisfaction, which after forty minutes on the phone with various agents, was at least in name, a good place to be. (Actually the man did resolve my situation and I gave him the name of the less than honest salesperson.) Be advised, store salespeople cannot waive the 100 dollar instillation fee. And the Beaver Creek store has at least one salesperson who is not honest. read more

My girlfriend bought a charger and I brought it back to return it and in a retail store they don't have someone dedicated if you simply want to buy or return something? Everyone was "busy" but I should not have to wait more than 10 minutes to return an item that was bought in their store two days ago. I have been waiting for 22 minutes now.... not happy with the service at all. ATT should really think about this aporoach! read more

Jackie is nasty and doesn't care about customer service. Wait is ridiculously long. They tell you they will text you when it's your turn. They don't & then put you back at the bottom of the list. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

I have been an AT&T customer since 2002. It was time to add a new phone line to my account and I ordered the phone on my app and it was ready to be picked up at the Apex location 20 minutes after they opened on a Sunday. Jeremy was the best customer service representative and took great care of us. Not only did he set up the new phone and add the case and screen protecter, he asked what other services we may need. We were looking for internet and tv service in a new home and he got all of it set up for us with next-day installation. We came in for a phone and left with a brand new iphone, case, wifi and direct tv installation. He helped us with the promotions and explained the best scenarios for us. Thank you, Jeremy, for making this process so easy and efficient. I would not have gotten this service from the competitors and this was truly a one-stop shop. I highly recommend this location too. The store has plenty of display space, the newest phones and the wait times are low. read more

I have been in this location twice; both times, I was greeted immediately, and both times the floor staff was excellent in recommending solutions to my issues. Neither time did I have to wait. Thumbs Up ! read more

The store needs to re-evaluate how they triage their customers. While the store was very busy, 4 sales reps with customers in store buying new phones, fielding questions about accounts, which i understand can take a few minutes to an hour. The one person triaging and entering them in the queue needs to understand/evaluate if a transaction will take more than 5 minutes, and can address immediately. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a sim card replacement!!!!! The sales rep who eventually took care only took 5 minutes to move the transaction. read more

So I was having problems with my account and lack of service and was told to go into a store to talk to the manager about my problems and a microcell. The first time I went they stated the manager wasn't in. And the only information they could bring up on my account was that I don't qualify for a iPhone upgrade... which has NOTHING to do with the lack of service problems I've been having. Just days before I went to the AT&T Store in Cary and they were completely unhelpful and rude. So I thought it was the location.... it's not it's the company itself. When I went again to this location in the evening around 6:30 I went in and asked to speak to the manager I was told it was about a 20 minute wait. I waited over 40 minutes and the manager was rude enough to help the people who came in after me. Not only that when I told the manager about my problems and the microcell the manager just got a sales clerk to try to sell me a microcell to fix the cell service this company doesn't provide. And the manager was there the first time I went to this store. The manager immediately afterwards went away and talked to other employees instead of helping me. AT&T doesn't care about it's customers if you are stuck on a contract. They won't even try to help. read more

We were ready for a phone upgrade. To say the choices are confusing is an understatement. Our salesman Sam stayed with us throughout the entire process. He had answers for all of our questions and he asked a lot of questions. He was focused on finding us the right phones. We both were very impressed with his professionalism and his patience. We took a LOT of his time last night. He was thorough in his explanations of how the contracts were changing and how they now bill. He never made any promises. When we were concerned about delivery dates for the phones he made sure we had the right information before making our choices. We both were very impressed with the entire experience. read more

Incompetent employees that literally have zero coordination when it comes to helping customers. One woman literally has a job to write your name on a list instead of helping you, and the other sales reps dont have the slightest sense of urgency when it comes to assisting others. I saw 3 people leave after 45 minutes of no service when the store was barely even occupied. If this store is your only option, be prepared to wait for at least an hour before anyone attempts to help you. read more

If I could give this company a negative four thousand I would just to stress how absolutely HORRID the service is in the company....and I mean the ENTIRE company not just in the store or on the phone.... I mean ALL of everything. OK....so I always worked with this guy the call Molo in the store and the first time around with the people on the phone took 3 weeks and every single night for hours trying to get phone people to fix my account. See, the problems with my account was 1) they insisted on having my U-Varese account separate from my phone account and 2) no one could figure out that there were two accounts. So DUH....I kept paying my monthly bill, but they were applying it to which ever account THEY felt like applying it to. So....one month they would choose to apply my payment to U-Varse another to the phone etc. After weeks and hours...Molo helped them to figure it all out and things were good for months....until last week. I was watching tv when I received a message that my tv and internet were disconnected due to lack of payment. HUH? I certainly made payment. So I thought well, maybe I'm crazy. Maybe my payment didn't go through...no payment went through. Got to Molo who tells me they separated the bills again and they could see I could pay they only paid for the phone this month and did not pay for the U-verse. So now, I have a very fancy, brand new iPhone7plus that is useless to me and no tv or internet service until I start it up. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER return back to this company even though I did like the U-Verse. Spending hours of my time trying to get the services of the u-verse onto one bill is not ok with me so good-bye A t & T. Good luck with your horrible customer service....good luck with the attitude that people OWE you something or that they have no other choice. read more

ORDER ON LINE! THIS LOCATION IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!! I have suffered through several visits to this store. And I do mean SUFFERED! If there are more than 3 customers ahead of you, go back home, or lunch or where ever. They are slow, ill informed about their products, unskilled at working their computer pads, and uncaring of your time or needs. We went today to upgrade our phones to see the choices in person. We were told it would be a 25 min wait. After an hour I went to the greeter and expressed my concern and told her exactly what we wanted. She acted concerned but did nothing. 30 min later a sales person inept as described took 15 min to find and read our acct and confirmed we could upgrade. He also informed us that he was not allowed to transfer our info from old to new. REALLY? That's new! Why would we senior citizens hang in your store for 90 min if you won't help us???!!! We forged forward anyway hoping our kids could help us over the phone later. BUT NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! After all of that, they had NO PHONES IN STOCK!!!!!!! Simple task of swapping SIM cards led this guy to snap and showing attitude of "know it all". On top of the he could not even resolve the issue completely. Only calling feature worked after the SIM card swap but the internet did not work. I had to call in the AT&T over the phone next day to reset the internet feature. Probably this guy was hired recently and does not have complete technical knowledge and has no clue how to handle customer service but was certainly acting to know everything. I certainly did not leave with good impression. These kind of individuals should face consequences for not being professional or at least get some training on how to handle customers. AT&T needs to step to the plate. read more
