Well, apparently that's not how it works anymore. Now you have to register it online, file a claim, and wait for them to ship you a new one. That's pretty ridiculous, especially considering these screen protectors cost about twice as much as the ones at Walmart. If I had known I couldn't just walk into the store for a replacement like they told me, I would've saved my money and bought one at Walmart. I hate when you're told one thing at the time of purchase, only to find out later the process is completely different. It just feels like another way to get people to spend more money.

The man I spoke to on the phone was the one I talked to the second time I walked in and once again had no intentions to try to help me, the other man had a little pick he used with little effort and said it's not lint and I would have to go to a ubreakifix place. I went onto Yelp, my go-to resource, and found Metro Detroit Phone Repair. They responded to my request for quote and they're on my way home, so I figured I would give them a try. My phone screen was not in stock at their location, but they ordered it and said it would be in within 5 business days. The screen arrived, they installed it, I stopped by to pick it up, but when they were prepping the phone to return to me the tech somehow managed to crack the screen. Who knew these things were so fragile? Another new screen ordered, another week waiting for it to come in, the screen was installed and the phone was returned to me with no cracks! Hallelujah! Despite the extra delay in getting my phone back I would still recommend them to you. After all, they still did a better job than I would have!
