Pretty disappointed with this place. When I bought my phone, they sold me a screen protector and told me I could come back anytime and have it replaced for life. Well, apparently that's not how it works anymore. Now you have to register it online, file a claim, and wait for them to ship you a new one. That's pretty ridiculous, especially considering these screen protectors cost about twice as much as the ones at Walmart. If I had known I couldn't just walk into the store for a replacement like they told me, I would've saved my money and bought one at Walmart. I hate when you're told one thing at the time of purchase, only to find out later the process is completely different. It just feels like another way to get people to spend more money. read more

Called on the phone about my phone having charging issues and asked if they would be able to take a look to see if it's just lint or at least point me in right direction. The man on the phone said they don't repair phones but would take a look at it to see what was wrong and if it was lint they would take it out. When I get to the store a different man tells me they don't do repairs and had no intention to even look at my phone before telling me to call Apple or trying to convince me to buy a new phone. I came back in again bc I couldn't accept no one trying when I was told they would. The man I spoke to on the phone was the one I talked to the second time I walked in and once again had no intentions to try to help me, the other man had a little pick he used with little effort and said it's not lint and I would have to go to a ubreakifix place. Didn't expect my phone to be brand new again, just wanted SOME or ANY effort. read more

First off, this was all found out and verified by the ATT Fraud Dept, I had no idea they did this to me until ATT Fraud told me. Also this case has been documented by Chesterfield PD among many other agencies. I went in there to buy a phone, a wifi tower, and 2 direct tv boxes, which is exactly what i walked out the door with that night and ALL i walked out with that night (has since been returned back to att). They first stole my iphone 16 trade in ( which I still owe T-Mobile for), on the night of 3/25/26 and did not give me a receipt. And when i demanded a receipt days later, the female manager R made one and cancelled it as soon as i left the store 11 minutes later per ATT fraud dept. (Felony theft by conversion and elderly/vunerable adult abuse). Also i found out (per ATT Fraud Dept), that the guy who was in charge that night and whos name is on the receipts, (S.K.), added multiple unauthorized lines and devices on my account, and also made a completely different account using my name, ( ID theft, multiple fraud counts which will be 3x enhanced per elderly and vunerable adult statutes). Also that same night i bought a iphone 17pro max, but first picked out a iphone 17. They charged me a restocking fee although the exchange was within mins of each other. Also they gave me a receipt that same night that says i picked up the device (iphone17promax) at the Richmond, Mi store (which the female manager R manages), which is completely NOT TRUE as i got the phone at the 23 mile New Baltimore store. ( which is another charge i cant remember right now). They also gave my friend the same kind of receipt when she bought her device there. And lastly, they manipulated my iphone 17 promax, making it impossible to reset so i could send it back, so i would be stuck with the comprimised phone and stuck paying all these fraudlent lines. Thank God for ATT fraud department and the office of the president of ATT. This has all been documented and veriied by ATT themselves and a investigation has been initiated against these players. Oh and one last little scam the female manager R tried to pull..when i asked for a box and label to send the 17pm back, she gave me a box with tape all over it saying dont accept if seal is broken! Of course the seal is going to be broken, i still had to put phone in box and send it! (Nice try though)... And during this nightmare, before ATT Fraud uncovered all this, everytime i went in for help i was treated like a piece of garbage with snide, smart alec and rude comments and behavior by most of the workers there, especially SK. Im out thousands of dollars just because of this store and the nonsense thats allowed to go on under R's watch. THESE ARE ALL FACTS VERIFIED BY ATT! They thought they were going to get a free ride with those fake lines, and i still am not sure what other damage they have done to my credit but will soon find out. So in all i would run, not walk, or better yet dont even consider going there. If they did all this to me, im sure they have done this to many more people. I wish I could be there when R and S.K get arrested. I'm shocked they have been allowed to do this stuff and I'm absolutely sure I'm not the only victim. This has also been reported and accepted by the Mi. Atty General, FTC, FCC, and Chesterfield PD. I am pressing charges to the fullest extent of the law. read more

If it wasn't for Rita it was probably a 5 star. Adding Rita into the equation is a 1 star. She's super condescending and rude. The other two working were nice. Finally had enough of what she had to say and bought the same phone from AT&T at 21 and gratiot(which is sadly her store too but she wasn't there.) Have met some great people at AT&T. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Rita kept telling me well let's see why you are denied and 3 times I told her not denied couldn't get form uploaded for discount. Each time she brushed me off and I was already upset att already sent me 2 links which did not work and yesterday chat with another useless employee who was to send link to upload and didn't. Then another call and was told Togo into a store and they could help. NOT!!! Rita, I find from other yelp reviews is basically a nasty person to deal with and is the manager at this store. Her partner in uselessness came over and his name was Nick. He was only good at rolling his eyes and adding nothing to the conversation of any worth. But hey, a good eye roller and head shaker. Then Rita tries to make it like I am upset and want another person because she is a woman. Still trying to figure out what that had to do with anything and my my expletive was bad on my part but then she says I am taking Gods name and God never came out my mouth with the expletive. However, when Nick walked over I thought he would be useful and look things up before starting with denied BS. How can it be denied Rita when I can't upload? My attitude is I have 14 days to upload form and not 1 att employee can be found to assist with that!unfortunately once again the usual no service customer service. Let's see if corporate has a clue!!!! BIG NO STARs...well deserved! The person at the next att store was at least friendly. Still no upload. New Year, new service! I think Rita paid someone for a good review. If I could give -10 stars, I would! Tried once more with customer service at 611 and got extremely lucky. Att employee with customer service abilities ...listened and did not cut me off each time I tried to speak and explain situation. Rita, I told you I was authorized on account and you said I wasn't. Hmmm this helpful person found yes I am. I asked for 3 things (2 in addition to what I started out to do. 1. Correct account name from P CA to real name as Rita felt it was ok to dismiss me and treat me like a criminal though I tried to explain that 7-8 years ago an att employee created that to get discount we were entitled to. But why would Rita or Nick know this they didn't listen and decided I was denied and she would find out why! Nick keep shaking your head and rolling your eyes if that is what you chose but look ashamed that you aid your horrible manager and supervisor. Personally I think easier if you reported her instead of learn her nasty dismissive tactics. Whoops off topic as P CA is now gone. 2. Was sent a working link and uploaded documents which have been approved. Yep, not denied. 3. File complaint with corporate att about this att location and Rita and Nick. Rita is rude, the first day I brushed it off thought she might have been having a bad day. It has been multiple times now and I will not go back to this AT&T because of it. In fact I am switching services and this type of customer service is one of the reasons. She is rude toward her co workers and I also noticed her being rude to other customers. I was extremely happy when I left this AT&T store today! The sales representative Luke and his manager Rita went totally out of their way to make sure I was very satisfied and understood everything while making my purchase today of Direct TV NOW and a new I-Phone X with a FREE I-Phone 8 deal!! My family and I have been going to this AT&T store for the last 8 years even though there are closer locations to our home. The main reason we drive so far is for RITA who is simply amazing! She is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to please her customers. I have been an ATT customer for over 15 years, in June I went into the store to get my upgrade phone, at that time I was offered a free tablet, I was told it would only cost me $10 a month that was the first lie of many! Rita the manager failed to mention any start up cost etc. I so regret agreeing to the tablet!! When I called to get this taken care of I was kept on the phone for over 2 hours, Jay Bridges took care of me out of FL, he offered me unlimited phones for all 4 phones. Only one catch I had to get Direct TV. I told him I couldn't do that I just started with my carrier when I moved in May, but Jay & his manager had an answer for this as well. They would give me a $300 rewards card & take the other $60 off of my bill to cover the cancellation fee. They did take the $60 off of my bill but I never received the rewards card that was suppose to reach me in 8 weeks. (Jay gave me his managers phone number if I needed anything, called it & left messages, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK) Also called 611 several times to resolve this & nothing was done. Its been 6 months & I called still no satisfaction so I will be leaving AT&T soon! I've already cancelled Direct TV...guess what??? They had the nerve to tell me I would owe them a $360 cancellation fee...I told them they can take it out of what they owe me, maybe they'll look into it now that its hitting their pocketbook. read more
