The opposite occurred. We communicated to UBS and were told this is a rare occurrence and to keep our current service with COMCAST. When I asked them to cancel their contract because of failure to deliver what was promised they cut off my business line and effectively cut us off from phone contact with all of our clients. I have emailed, called on a cell line and written certified letters and have had no resolution. This has been a nightmare. Our 25-year-old business telephone number is hijacked by UNIFIED GLOBAL SOLUTIONS and will not release it.
