Everyone seemed nice with other customers that came in. they try to respect distance because of covid and have these plastic dividers on their tables that are somewhat useless since they have to show you their screens and come over to the other side. However when I walked into this store and spoke with Jamie, one of the new managers, he sat down with me and walked through every possible solution and what we could do to try and fix it. He was extremely thorough and took all the time that was needed to help me. He did the same for other customers who came in before me as well. Now that the weather is better everyone is catching up on things like upgrading your cell phone. We got a great kid to help us. He didn't pressure us to buy anything. He asked us about our needs and recommended the right IPhones for us. We switched about four years ago and remain faithful to Apple. It still took about two hours but we transferred everything before we left. I'm now without a home button I don't like that at all but on our older I phones that is what broke forcing us to get new ones.
