To top it all off they had just gotten a new sample of the gown in that just happened to be my size (not a size they typically carry) so I was able to try that one on and it really confirmed this was the right choice! Gina was very helpful and patient as we thought through our options and we appreciated the line by line estimates for both materials and labor, which helped us to prioritize what we wanted done and stay within our budget. The project timeline was 8-12 weeks, and we were very close to that 12 week mark. They order all the materials ahead of time, so there aren't holdups waiting on some small item to arrive. We did move out during construction and the only communication was via a group text thread, which was frustrating at times. We had to ask certain questions multiple times and there was some miscommunication throughout. In the end, the results were amazing. Our kitchen and bathroom both look great, and we are very happy with the results! We have had to reach out about a few small fixes, and most of those things have already been sorted out. We definitely recommend working with CHD!

We received 200 boxes + every box contained matchsticks facing in different directions, broken…read morematchsticks, and the total order also contained 5 blank boxes (no print) I was offered a 5% refund which would have been approx. $20 off a $500 order I said I'd appreciate a full refund but would take 50% (also offered to send boxes back). Rockford (the business owner) offered to send me blank boxes containing matches facing in the same direction that I would then have to swap out myself with the faulty boxes. When I countered that that would mean I would have to do extra work for a mistake I didn't make, he confirmed they felt that matches facing in opposite directions didn't reduce the quality of the product and would not be offering any further assistance than his original 5% offer (plus 20% off future orders) I shared images of the product we received as well as screenshots showing their website advertising matches facing all the same direction Rockford Wagner seems like a perfectly fine person but I would not recommend using his services
