Awful store manager !! Very disappointed with the service at this T-Mobile location. The store manager (a woman, unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was extremely rude and dismissive. Without even listening to our explanation, she just kept repeating, "You have to pay $70 for the restocking fee," over and over again. It felt like she was more interested in shutting us down than actually helping. What was even more concerning was that she acted this way in front of her team--how are junior staff supposed to learn good customer service when their leader sets such a poor example? This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer of 10 years. read more

Just bought the iPhone 14 Max Pro! Woooohoooo I have been wanting this phone for awhile. I did the trade in deal for my iPhone 12 Max Pro. With the trade in deal I should get 800 for my iPhone 12 that goes towards my iPhone 14. So far the service seems fine. Compared to Verizon (the carrier I had before), I haven't noticed much of a difference. Except my monthly plan will be much cheaper with T-mobile. Which is good lol I already knew what I wanted when I walked in to this T-Mobile location. Which made the process easy. I wanted the iPhone 14 Max Pro and the best line of service. This made it nice and easy for the purchase of the phone, the trade in for the device, and switching phone carriers. My sales lady did a good job. And I was in and out in under an hour. I did the transfer of all my apps and stuff after I left to save time. Instead of waiting for 3 hours in the store. Just download it all from the cloud. I love my new phone and now I'm on the hunt for the perfect case! :D read more

The only employee on the floor was busy with a customer, and then after standing and waiting for my turn, another employee came out from the back and helped me immediately. I went to the 17th St., Costa Mesa T-Mobile store to buy a new phone. Gerardo took good care of me! He was very patient, explaining plans, options, accessories and how the new phone works. He did not try to "upsell" me, which I appreciate. Gerardo even went out to my car to install the phone in my Audi system! That is above-and-beyond good service. The other sales people in the store are also very friendly and patient. (I saw them working with some "challenging" customers.) I know a lot of people complain about customer service recently in the world. But I took my family to T-Mobile recently and we changed four lines over from Verizon to T-Mobile. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time. It took a few hours to get everything done. We had four lines 4 new phones, everything. Gerardo was the main guy that helped us. He was amazing and then there was another employee, a girl. I don't know her name, but she was awesome as well. Then another guy jumped in to help. It was a group effort for sure. Everybody was so great and again we were there for three hours. Nobody complained. Nobody hurried us while the phones were updating. We went and had lunch next-door. We did some shopping at target, which is also in the same parking lot. In the three hours, nobody got frustrated. Everybody was patient. Everybody was kind. Now my bill is $100 cheaper a month from what I was paying at Verizon for the four lines. Anybody thinking of going to T-Mobile check out this location? They are awesome. I wouldrecommend them to anybody. And nobody tried to gouge us for other things. Sure, they recommended stuff which is part of the job, but didn't make us feel uncomfortable for saying no. read more

Had some crazy issues with my cellular service not working correctly and I spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with both customer service & tech support. Also went to Apple for some help. All in all it got me no where until I visited Giovani & Gabriel. These guys were so nice, patient & most of all, successful at getting my watch up & working like it should! Cellular is working great! Truly, kind of bummed. Got T-Mobile about 5 years ago. Parents wanted to try a different service so we left. T-Mobile then started charging us so I went to the store where we got the service to get help. Sold dude help with blonde short hair, even he was like this is crazy they are charging again after the last bill. So I came in today and spoke with Miguel. Was totally short and just rude. Miguel was talking with me and a older gentleman walked and the gentleman was putting on the mask. Miguel help at him from across the room when I was telling him my problem. The older guy was putting on the mask during Miguel out burst. I started my story again to him and he was like ya man nothing I can do for you. I told him I just thought with the help from you guys and the store that I purchased this service I could use your help. I pulled my phone out to show him the charge on my card. The phone asked for my face so I pulled the face mask to use and put it back one. Miguel raises his voice hey put that back on in a rude way to me. I am just upset with how this store service has gone down a bit. I truly like T-Mobile the service was amazing but not going back to this store to give them the sell. read more

I have been with this company for 7 years and now due to the pandemic I needed to change to prepaid. I went in yesterday and it took at least over an hour to change but they could not get my old number changed over. I was told it would only be a few minutes. I took close to 12+ hours. My old number told people who called that my number was no longer in service. I sell items and they need to call me in order to view them. I lost an entire day of business. The fact they lied about the time was really bad business. I was calling the 800 number all day and they would keep telling me that it would be a few hours and then after my 5th call one told me that could take up too 24 hours. Had they told me this from the start I would have arranged it so it was later in the evening. But know that would mean they would have to have trained them correctly which they did not. Everything is good with this company as long as you do not need to do major changes. I even called the store twice and I was accused of yelling and when I softened my voice the guy Tony got mad and hung up on me. What kind of Fucking customer service is that? The punk is mad cuz he was not trained and could not answer the question. I am now looking to change entirely to a new provider. read more

It's kinda rare to find a cell phone store location that I like and I've been to almost all of them. I've been here twice and each time it was quick and painless. This location is small but the staff seem to know what they're doing, are responsive, quick, and get you going without any hassles, unnecessary talk of upgrades, etc. My last visit was the fastest ever - 10 minutes at the most. Wow. I came in, told them what I wanted, they started the process, we talked shop for a bit, and voila! All was done and handled and the price point was good too. Couldn't be happier. read more
