    The Spectrum store store is great! We went in to upgrade my son's iphone and Anthony Logan was helping us. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was our first trip to this spectrum location and it was our best experience with Spectrum yet. Thank you Anthony!

Ive had internet issues at 3 am and have still gotten help! The stores are also conveniently located with welcomed walk ins. Ive been a customer for over 15 years starting when they used to be Time Warner and have been extremely happy with the service, and constant loyalty discounts and available promotions! You just dont get that sane reliability AND affordable pricing with Dish or Direct TV. Ive just recently upgraded away from the DVR to XUMO and let me tell you, I LOVE IT! No wiring everywhere, no headache to setup and activate, and the unit is small enough to fit in the palm of your hands. Its LOADED with avaliable sports channels and movie lineups, and it's intuitive! Whatever youre watching creates a que for more of the same type! If you love action, horror, rom com, or reality TV, you're suddenly in a rabbit hole everytime with LOTS AND LOTS of recommendations available! If you ever need new equipment, they will send it right out to you free of charge and most of the time you'll receive it the very next day with online instructions on how to activate it, and if youre still not sure all you need to do is call customer support and they will take time to walk you through the activation process step by step! Transferring your service to another location is a breeze too! There is no comparison!!! I could go on and on and on about how incredibly pleased with Spectrum, but Id be here all day. You just have to give them a try and see for yourselves!

It was a lie!!!!!!!!!! The store clerk told me that I will have to open up an Internet account then I can have my phone attached to it. They suggested to cancel it in a month in order to avoid the extra charge. I canceled it and returned the equipment. And still get charged $180 today due to not returning the equipment. WT!!!!!! I am with spectrum for three months now and I have been paying between $80-$120 because of their unorganized system. Need to sort this out with $180 charge first and then I will immediately cancel everything that has to do with this company. Also, GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zero professionalism, zero urgency, and zero accountability. They kept helping the customer that are in store upgrading their phones or new account first before all the other customers. But the phone support? That's where the real chaos begins. It's an endless loop of being transferred, lied to, and placed on hold. Every representative gives you a different story. It's almost impressive how consistently bad the service is -- like they train for it. I've dealt with many service providers over the years, and Spectrum takes the crown for the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor: avoid this company at all costs.

The willingness to listen to our needs was greatly appreciated. HSG stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun. Jimmy Orange and HSG provided outstanding customer service, as a reputable company always should, building long-lasting relationships. While searching for TV/Internet service, Jimmy was referred to us to help expedite the process. After dealing with companies and their customer service (or lack their of) in the past, we were dreading the chore of finding and setting up service in our new home. Jimmy gathered the information and handled all of the necessary details, allowing us to move easily forward. We chose Frontier as our service provider and Jimmy helped set everything up. He even offered (and actually came) to oversee the installation to make sure everything was done properly and they way we wanted. Unfortunately, Frontier proved to be a frustrating challenge, with two weeks of miscommunication, several reschedulings and additianal charges, adding insult to injury. Jimmy, understanding our extreme irritation, was with us completely. He was our advocate, went to bat for us to get the installation done and helped get those additional charges reversed. In the end, we have the service we wanted, with the price that we were originally quoted. Thank you for superb service and following through with us.

    Wow, customer service still exists in this country, and Mihai at Direct Hi Def is living proof…read more Matter of fact, I hope this review does not get flagged for being too positive. First off, let me confess that I have ten thumbs when it comes to electronics and gadgets. So, when the cleaning crew I hired yanked my TV, DVD player, speakers and FIOS cables all to hell, I was up a creek without a paddle. Nothing worked except the DVD, and that was now all pixilated. Damn it! Was I going to lose my unwatched episodes of Wilfred and the season premiere of Sons of Anarchy??? Ahh to hell with that! So I found Direct Hi Def off Yelp and give them a call around Sept 5 to explain my problem. Unfortunately, (or fortunately, since I was heading to Italy for vacation) I was not able to schedule Mihai until I returned. When I returned to work on Thursday, he was the first person I called. He remembered my dilemma and worked on scheduling me asap. Now anyone in the L.A./OC/IE area knows what a pain the commute can be, so we had difficulty setting up an evening appointment during the week. I am in Chino Hills, and their office is in Irvine. No problem, Mihai offers to come out on Saturday. We are in touch back and forth the past few days (great communication by phone and text), and he shows up as scheduled today Saturday as agreed. Mihai goes to work, and less than 90 minutes later, my FIOS is back up, my speakers work, the DVD looks sharper than ever, and now I have a iPOD outlet for my receiver. All at a more than fair price, mind you. It was only in talking to Minhai that I come to find out that he is committing to my project in between several personal engagements today. He took the time, effort, and gasoline to drive from deep OC to CH on his day off to fulfill his commitment to me. All I can say is, if you need ANYTHING in the home audio/video installation, repair, or upgrade departments, Direct Hi Def is your solution. When it is time to bring my home audio/video into the 21st Century, DHD will be the only one I call. Thanks a million, Mihai!
