THIS REVIEW IS FOR T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE / "CUSTOMER CARE"…read more I am currently unemployed and struggling to keep even basic bills paid. I spoke with T-Mobile 3 days ago, on July 1st, and an offshore representative offered a solution by giving me a credit to my account stating that if I could also pay $27.05 that would take care of an upcoming payment arrangement installment of $54.10. He assured me the solution would cause the upcoming installment, for July 4th, to "drop off." I confirmed multiple times it would be all I would need to do and that no more money would be owed until the following week, when I will have income to be able to pay it. I thought it was resolved. I trusted him. I believed him. Fast forward to today, July 4th, and T-Mobile is trying to process another payment of $54.10. I have 53 cents in my checking account until next week. I called T-Mobile and spoke to yet another offshore representative who just continued to say she understood, and she heard me, and all we needed to do to take care of things was provide a payment of $54.10 today. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she came back on the line and said if that had been an option she would have offered it to me initially but it is not an option. I just need to pay the $54.10. This is so ridiculous, so cringe, and so street thug! WHAT COMPANY conducts business by baiting a long-term customer with the promise of a resolution by getting them to make a small payment only to extort them 3 days later for even more money? Why lie? Does T-Mobile need that $27.05 so badly that they are willing to teach their offshore reps to lie just to get that tiny amount? Seriously? I don't know any other company that does this crap. I am done with T-Mobile. I just borrowed $54.10 from a friend of mine and I paid the overdue installment because I am unemployed and cannot afford to be without my phone for an entire week. I still owe T-Mobile $83 or so. They will never see that money. Next Friday when I have some money I will be switching carriers. T-Mobile can choke on their thug tactics, their extortion, their lies, and the balance that I owe them. WORST COMPANY EVER.

The store representative confirmed my identity and the accuracy of the account info I provided to a different customer service rep who in addition to claiming I have other services I didn't order and reporting information on my account not matching mine. Nevertheless AT&T continues to dent any identity theft or other problem with my account. Sounds like it's still playing fast and loose with customer data a cybersecurity even as it is still working to settle liability for other prior similar mishandling of customer accounts and data. https://complexdiscovery.com/att-repackaged-data-leak-2025-new-risks-from-old-breaches/

So why haven't you been here yet?…read more Is it because it doesn't look like its part of a franchise? I mean, it IS gaudy and in a derelict-looking strip mall. Or did the sign in the window saying that their "prices are crunk" make you think twice? I certainly hope it wasn't the rough-looking teens in the parking lot. They looked like the type that cuss. Citizens, I'm here today to tell you to fear no more. While the inside looks like some barely-legal warehouse sized pawnshop, its harmless and worth your time. Go ahead and bring your kids! It has a huge selection of DVDs and games, especially of the dork variety (ie., anime and posters). You can buy brand new items as well. The prices are alright; I got a used Xbox 360 plus a newer used game. With tax it was $302. Happy Valentine's Day! So, my new question is: why are you still reading this?

But they are also one of the only places I know where you can buy (or sell) items like CDs, movies, games on this level. The place is huge. You wonder how long a place like this will last with so many people using everything from itunes to hulu to watch and use entertainment, but as long as they are one of the only places that handles these items, maybe they will last a long time. It also makes me feel old to watch CDs go away the way tapes and vinyl did before them and to watch movie rental and sales places disappear. It seems like it is a really good store for games and then also buying or selling guitars and some music related equipment as well.

The employee that I spoke to was the manager's brother, and his name is Johnny. I was referred to this location by a corporate Verizon store to obtain a copy of my contract. While explaining to him my phone was stolen, he completely ignored me while he was on his personal cell phone. I needed an explanation as to why Verizon was charging me over $500 to upgrade my phone when the phone was paid for outright. He could not explain this to me, it's simple math, and told me it was not his problem I am so stupid that I didn't understand his explanation. He refused to print out a copy of my contract as well. This behavior is outrageous. His brother who again, is his manager stood by and let him disrespect me. He could not explain how the math worked out, because I paid cash for the phone. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. This isn't the first time I have had issues with Verizon trying to get away with bogus charges.
