    All verizon service is becoming the worse a nightmare to try to communicate with them. Metro PC I think does way better

    I've been having issues with my pc crashing and took it to Stan's. They had my computer for a few…read moredays and said it was all good to go. I picked my pc up, brought it home and immediately had it crash on me. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt and took my pc back. They then had my pc for a little over a week and told me they had no issues with it and were willing to reinstall windows if I wanted to because there was a chance that was causing issues. My problem with the team at Stan's isn't in their inability to fix my issue, even after charging me $250 which is WILD, but my problem is rather the little things that confused me. I explained that the pc would crash during gaming and at specific moments. One would think that that is where a shop would start to look, but they didn't. I had to talk to them 3 times to get them to start playing a game that was causing issues. I also asked if they could try swapping out parts to try and find a hardware issue, and I was told they could. When I picked it up the second time all they said was, yea we ran it for a while and it didn't crash. Nothing about swapping parts to test different hardware components. I won't be taking it back a 3rd time because I have no faith that they'll be able to figure anything out and I've already spent $250 for them to just reinstall some drivers and windows. Oh and when they reinstalled windows I had to then reinstall critical drivers for my cpu and gpu. I wish I could get some kind of refund, but based on the service I've received so far, I don't think that's likely. Learn from my misfortune and go somewhere else. Two stars - one for service and one for the doggos

Some limited street parking nearby that's metered with a 2 hour time limit. They've got a unique layout with direct access to elevators inside. The outside is currently under renovations, but very much still accessible with tables and chairs outdoors, part of the plaza. Target Starbucks is to the left when you enter. Team members here are personable to a degree and you can find most things you desire in a pinch. They do get shopped pretty hard so I keep that in mind being the closest larger in size Target (the one on Highland is a lot smaller in scale) and most things are under lock and key. I was hoping they'd have a little more variety for frozen goods and groceries especially of the non-dairy and vegan friendly variety but it was pretty similar to others nearby which is disappointing. Haven't been inside in a few year and I will say it feels even cleaner but not the most welcoming overall. Okay prices for the most part, definitely not as many sales items here.

Did my shopping paid for my purchases and went back to the pharmacy to refill my med. They said 15 min. I walked through few aisles and when my pick up was ready I paid and made my way towards the exit. As I was leaving a security person came out to stop me and ask me for my receipt for the items in my bag. I asked why? She's said no reason but showed her my receipt. She did not stop anyone else to check their receipts. I am immunocompromised and on medication treatment which causes hair loss and was wearing a hat and ppe mask. There is no footage of me stealing as I paid for my purchases at the register so there is no reason to stop me if. You are actually watching me on surveillance cameras. This stop felt targeted and profiled to my appearance and my hat and face mask. This so called employee Genesis should probably learn how to do her job. If she was watching me she should have caught me paying for my purchases and seeing that at no point did I take things off the shelves and place in my bag unpaid for. She basically profiled me from appearance and made a poor judgement call. This was absolutely disgusting behavior from her and in my opinion is a liability as an employee there.

I reached out to Brian, and he immediately went above and beyond--contacting McIntosh on my behalf, walking me through the options, and ultimately helping me get back up and running. What stood out most wasn't just the solution, but the care and integrity Brian showed throughout the process. He didn't treat me like just another transaction, he treated me like a valued customer. That kind of support is rare, and it's exactly why I'll keep coming back to Ahead Stereo. If you're into high-end audio and want a dealer who stands by their customers, this is the place. Today during my visit to ahead stereo I was looking for an education in creating a future home stereo system, I'm not up to date on all the options, but have a general idea of what I'm trying to achieve. These folks seemed interested in selling me a consultation for a couple hundred dollars rather than trust helping me and winning my trust, it seemed they were concerned if the helped me understand what would be a good solution I would leave the store and buy online. That was not the plan and once I figure out what I'm looking for I'll probably be back to buy local, as I'm a big supporter of that concept. My suggestion in the future is customer comes first, build the trust and loyalty will follow.
