However, when I received the watch, I discovered that it was an incorrect model with a different IMEI number from the one listed on my account profile. When I took the issue to the corporate store, they confirmed that there was an error and told me that Brandon would need to fix it. After waiting a few weeks to calm down, I returned to the store with Brandon and explained the issue again. I asked for him to fix the problem and provide credits to my account since we were paying for a service that wasn't functioning.I kept the conversation brief with Brandon. surprisingly handed me his personal phone to talk to a representative on the phone. Which was unprofessional due to his notifications being displayed for me to see. During the call, I expressed my concerns and issues to the representative, who then put me on hold. Brandon became confrontational and raised his voice at me, despite me remaining calm. When I asked him to stop raising his voice and provide proof of the changes he made, he continued to deflect my questions and eventually admitted that he didn't submit the change and there was no change to our account. The experience was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office or Brandon for assistance.

This area is over taken with Game Stops, but this location has to be the most convenient because…read moreit's in a mall so it's easy to just stop in while doing other shopping.  They also don't waste any space in this small store.  There's a good amount of room to still walk around but everywhere else, there is a stock pile of games, t-shirts amd figurines.  My husband loves GameStop, so all visits to this mall requires a stop in here.  The staff is always friendly and helpful.  If they are busy when you enter the store they always make sure they ask what they can help you with as soon as they are done.  Great staff and great store.

The phone didn't ship until after the date they had guaranteed I would receive it. So as impatient as I am I went and bought it. Got my phone a week later and came to the store to return it. Tone of voice just makes me want to stab myself in the ears. Talking down to me when customer care told me to come into the store. I just don't understand how this store is even still open.
