Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said start!. My wife and I came here because the have a great deal for people who are the mature age of 55 and older. This year I turned to that double nickel which made me qualify for their 55 and up plan. The process switching over from Verizon went as smooth as a babies booty!. There was also an incentive that gave us a $400 rebate that they said would take about 8 weeks to receive. Well they have taken two payments of auto pay out my account and I have yet to receive this offer. Another thing, once all the paper work was finished I realized they attached my wife's information to the account and she's not the one who turned 55 last year. But they corrected that on my last trip inside the store. They also gave me the number to contact the customer service about the rebates. After attempting to resolve my issues through multiple customer service calls, I went to this store location for help with 2 different issues on 2 occasions. Bridgette and Karen were very knowledgeable about the entire support picture end-to-end, and I didn't need any follow-up assistance after my visit to them. I highly recommend visiting this location instead of going online or calling T-Mobile. If there is a wait time it's because they really know what they are doing at this store so they are in high demand and are worth the wait. read more

At 4pm...no wait in line. This is such a convenient location for me. I so just dropped in not knowing I would stay for about 90 mins. I only came to this area to pick up some essentials from another store. But T-Mobile was located right next to the store...I couldn't resist when I saw only 2 customers in the store and about 4 employees just standing around. I went in just to inquire about upgrading... I walked in and was immediately greeted by one employee while another walked towards me ready to assist. My intention was only to inquire about the phone, but the sale pitch was so great, he made me think if I walked out the store today the deal wouldn't be on the table tomorrow or the next week even. I mean...trade in my phone to see how much it was worth and the value could be used to the purchase of a new phone! Hmmmmmm long story short My Galaxy S3 was worth enough for me to walk out the store with a brand new Galaxy S5, screen protectors, phone case, added phone features...for no money down!!! And I had a credit of $28+. Oh yeah Oh yeah!! Daniel was super patient and helpful. I know I asked at least 25 questions and he answered most. Those he were unsure about another employee was nearby to help. I would definitely recommend this location. The staff all seemed very friendly and upbeat. They even knew some customers by name and face when they walked in. This is cute...some customers had me weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeak!! They remembered one lady...she came in about 2 years ago in her wedding dress with her now ex husband. hehehehehehe classsssic!!! I have always been an android person until I decided to switch to the dark side and get an iPhone. When I took it to the t-mobile store to have it switched over I was greeted by two lovely people: Daniel and Sue. While Daniel entertained, Sue helped me not only switch my SIM card and get it all set up, but she backed up my photos, transferred my information, and even helped me set up an iCloud log in and my gmail account. Superb customer service, very personal, and really nice Sue truly was a pleasure. She will be my go-to for everything and I will recommend her to everyone!! read more

Couldn't be more happy with this location !! I ported 5 lines at a different location on Portsmouth Blvd. The next day I had a question about a promotion that I was unaware of so I went back to the store. Apparently if you signed up for a new line each line qualified for a free galaxy phone. Well I didn't know about the promotion and the young man who helped me didn't mentioned it and so I got an iPhone for myself and the other 4 lines had old phones that were paid off from another company. Later on while talking to my sister, she asked if we all got our free phones and I was like what free phones. She told me about the special and boy did I feel cheated because I wasn't even informed that I was able to get free phones for each line. I went back to the Portsmouth Blvd location and the young lady who was there pretty much told me there was nothing that could be done and the transaction had already been made and I should call customer care. Well,l I left very upset and regretting leaving my old company. My Son suggest I try a different location to see if they could help so I did. I walked in the Victory Blvd store around 5pm and the store was very busy, but I was greeted right away by a very nice young man (wish I remembered his name). He listened to my problem and told me that he will see what he could do and in less than 2 mins.told me that he could help me. In about 10 mins I walked out with 4 new galaxy phones for my kids and husband and a huge smile on my face. When I left the sales guy gave me a warm smile and said welcome to the T-Mobile family. I just finished my trip to T-mobile. I went in with a problem, thinking I would have to replace my phone, but instead, I was shocked and astounded by excellent service. Billy with the beard, you sir, treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. I really appreciate the time you took to solve our phone problem. I didn't feel brushed off or neglected. Here I am, leaving the store with more money in my pocket than I had anticipated, a phone that works, and a better outlook on humanity, all thanks to your customer service. Ivory was AWESOME to work with. I went in last night and had to come back today to purchase my phones but I made sure I saw her specifically because she is so friendly and helpful. She even found me an ongoing promotion I had no idea of so with my not-so-great experience last night with the online and 1-800 customer service, she really made my day and the purchase worth it. Omar was also great and caught something last night in the fine print the 1-800 customer service should have (which is why I had to settle it with them and come back today). I really recommend Ivory if you need to purchase anything because she was really thorough-- made sure I saw what I was signing up for, printed me the details I needed and made sure I was all set up before I left. I didn't feel rushed or confused as I usually do when making such a large purchase (2 phones). Thank you Victory for being my go to store in Portsmouth:) read more
