I even had the call center representative go off on me for a mistake she made because I asked for her supervisor. She hung up on me then when I called back her coworker also brushed me off. It took 4 weeks to get a hold of the supervisor to get a $100 overcharge error on her part refunded. They take advantage of their loyal customers. I paid off my phone, paid their last hidden fees and cut ties. I recommend xfinity if you have internet with them or metro by T mobile. They all use the same towers anyways for a 3rd of the price.

Every few minutes his mood shifted and he could not hide it nor did he even try. If we did not agree with him or like his suggestion or when we answered no thank you, he got very, very upset. The store does not give out receipts anymore and are overcharging customers. This is a very shady store RIGHT NOW. All of the old employees are no longer there. It's ran by 2 Iranians for the past couple of Months. We bought a new phone and paid bills and they claim they could not provide any type receipt for any of our transactions. It is something very weird going on in this store and CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP AND TAKE OVER. I do not trust these new people. Sam told us they are the corporate office along with the store in Antioch, CA on Lone Tree Way. So the same person must own these 2 stores, and they are truly up to NO GOOD. An Investigation needs to take place immediately on both stores. He also kept adding prices on our total without telling us in advance and when we questioned him why and what the extra charges were and why was the total so high, he start literally throwing items in the air, visibly huffing and puffing extremely hard and loud and cursing and giving us evil looks. He was very rude and quite scary. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Our experience was a head scratcher for real. After thinking about it all, I'm scared about the purchase of our new phone & even paying our bills here because it seems like they are possibly tracking customers or doing something fraudulent, crooked and/or wicked. After checking in, you're greeted by one of their employees who will try to sell you everything under the sun, regardless of just wanting to pick up an online order. I placed my online order so that I wouldn't have to go through the whole process of upgrading my son's phone in store and to save time because I am extremely busy. Unfortunately, that's not the case in this situation.. I understand that their employees may work off of commission because they really really try to get you to buy every product AT&T has to offer. After three hours in the store, I went home, extremely frustrated and had to cancel services that I did not even know the employee signed me up for.

I come here mainly to pay my cellphone bill and U-verse bill. Or if I have any problems with my service or bill. I dislike talking on the phone with any automated service. I like to actually talk to a person not some bot. When you arrive you sign in and it's a first come, first deal process. I come at random times and I never have to wait long. So far I've been helped by Kevin, Janix and Travis. Each time I came here, I left satisfied. I normally go to the AT&T main hub on Pacific and Robin hood. But as of late the wait time is getting a bit crazy. At this location on the far left corner they have kiosk to pay your bill. But it only takes cash, so for Atm/credit. You have to pay at a register. This location is pretty small so they won't have all the latest and greatest stuff or gizmos and gadgets that came out within the past few years. Two cans of empty soup cans and a some twill have a better cell / WiFi signal than where he's staying. I walked into the T-Mobile store and Mymy and George were ready to help. Mymy did all the heavy lifting and George fetched the hotspot from the back room. Mymy set up the hotspot and provide all the details I needed to know as the hotspot was not returning home with us. The whole process was simple and quick. I want to thank Mymy and George for tackling my issue and providing a swift resolution that will allow my brother-in-law to be in contact with his family while hospitalized. Thanks to Mymy and George, my brother-in-law doesn't need to use the hospitals soup cans to make a call as he has T-Mobile's 5G service and a hotspot with unlimited data.
