I went over to the Verizon store and was greeting by Reggie. Reggie was jovial, knowledgeable, and very patient. I went back to apple and they still could not fix it - the following day I went back to Verizon and luckily got Reggie again! He literally sat with me, called apple support on his work phone and walked me through the steps per apple support instructions. It shouldn't even cost this much either because if you buy it from third party retailers or on Amazon, that price I paid is how much an iPhone 13 would cost on Amazon. He showed us 3 options, iPhone XR, iPhone 12 mini, and what he called, the "iPhone 12". My phone has been experiencing network issues ever since I bought it on September 2025. The guy who gave me the phone gave me the one that he was showing us, not even a brand new one in stock, the one he uses to show other people which just makes me question if that's right or wrong. On this phone specifically from them, it has bad connection I can't even text anybody when im not at home depending on my cellular data. On my old phone (Samsung Galaxy A12) it has spot on connection and works great when im not at home and it's LTE network type, the same as my iPhone, it's not 5G. Experiencing overheating issues as im turning on my phone or just simply being on the YouTube app. I feel like it's fake because of how easy it broke even when it had a case on it. Maybe Im wrong though and thats just because of the old screen and old back glass but if im right, possibilities are that it's fake because I've seen people do worse with their iPhone X, an older iPhone. I went to fix it for about $110 and after they fixed it, that's when I started experiencing overheating issues which makes me think the guy who fixed it wss the one who sent back the phone to me with another issue so they could keep fixing it and earn more money from me because they always fix it well. Makes me think my phone was sent back to me with the heating issues. It makes me really disappointed that im just one iPhone model away from having wireless charging and all those other futuristic features people have now with their newer iPhone models. Overall, I believe that they are the reason my phone has all these issues, they are dishonest, and greedy. Therefore, I do not recommend this place.

My ear speaker on my iPhone stopped working a few months back, yes you read that right. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
