Big shoutout to Shanyce for her exemplary customer service support and advising me on the best course of action. Her problem-solving skills went above and beyond. April 14, 2025 (Update) Unfortunately, due to T-mobile unclear instructions, I rated the wrong person on their text survey. After a highly irritating call with a sales representative today, I was presented with a survey shortly after, naturally, I believed this survey to be associated with today's(4/14). However, upon a message from T-mobile, I was informed this zero rating went to the wrong person. UNACCEPTABLE! T-mobile as a company needs to do better so that good employees do not suffer for the bad. read more

After being with them for over 30yrs they seem to be driving customers away with petty nonsense. First only new customers get the promos, then they tried to change plans, obviously for more ! Now they have limited lines and won't allow new lines unless I change plans. No problem as there are others willing to take my $$$$ read more

I got my new phone here & they have helped me with replacing my screen protector both times I've broken it. The attendants are very nice & conversational; I don't feel pressured by them at all to buy add-ons. In general a pretty chill location but be warned, it can get EXTREMELY busy since it's in a mall. I have been to the Apple store five times now because my phone put yourself on mute my speakers sound muffled my iPhone screen keeps freezing up and every time they run test and tell me there's nothing wrong with my phone and it's in perfect condition. I don't know what I pay for Apple care Apple don't care and they don't wanna honor their warranty today. I do not recommend the store. read more

I had an unfortunate situation at the T-Mobile store in Rosenberg off southwest freeway.. with purchasing a new phone not realizing I had 14 days to return, outside the time of two day I needed to return the phone for a larger one. J could not return in within the fourteen days due to the fact that I was out of state.. it was brand new not really touched when I went to the store to see if I could return it and the assistant manager adamantly denied me without hearing my story. I realize there are policyin place, but at the same time there are always exceptions.. she made sure to let me know that no one would switch it out. I ended calling 911(T-Mobile ) and was informed that had I ordered the phone from them they would have exchanged it out. This lady had already decided a head of time that she wasn't going to allow it . It's sad that she never considered to ask me why or what my reasons were for being two days late. Went there to upgrade our existing plan from a 2 line to the new 4 line 4g lte plan. Our rep, Marivic, was very cheerful and enthusiastic to help us make the transition. She explained the features of the different plans and helped us realize that though we only needed 3 lines at the moment, the 4 line plan was much more value for money. Also she had the paperwork ready in just a couple minutes and we were out the door with our new lines and plan. read more

I honestly suspect that they are doing illegal business as they are selling T-Mobile products and services under TMOBILE name at a higher rate compare to T-Mobile retail store and yet they fail to provide their T-Mobile "authorized dealer" four digits ID and their sales representative ID. we even called T-Mobile to verify if the booth is legitimate, but T-Mobile can not even find this booth under their system. I can honestly say that these guys can do whatever they can do to take all of your money. I paid them $80 for an unlimited coverege only 5 days before the end of my plan. Only one week later, my internet plan was all gone. When i talked to them, they said "your $30 of $80 is gone for the previos month (to upgrade the previous plan) and that was one of our employers fault but we can't do anything about that. Or you can pay us $30 more!" They know nothing about this business. It was a shame what they did. One out of five. read more

I have to say this is the worst T-Mobile store I've ever been too. I went in trying two purchase two new phones . Right of the bat you could feels his bad vibe and he got our information and brought the phones out . And mind you I had already bought my accessories and had them home . He try to sell us some screen protectors and cases and we told him no and he got like all hurt about it and said " you are going to walk out of here with $900 phone and not have any kind of protection and we said no we already have them. And he kept going on about why would you buy this phone and go home and order something from amazon and wait 3-5 days for it . I was supper frustrated by that time . I traded in an iPhone 6 and told me they were going to send me a gift card and I was fine with that and after I sign all the paper work he turned around and they they were going to give my acct credits instead of gift card . By then I'm thinking this guy ain't worried about my satisfaction but his sale . So I decided to cancel transactions and went to another store . Try to avoid this store if you can find if not don't deal with Jaime he's the worst . read more
