    I wanted purchase a phone worth it $1,000 at this location. First none of the 5 employees ask if we need help or anything like that. Second, I was looking at the display phone I wanted purchase and I really wanted it see the quality of the main Camera but since the phone has the camera blocked by a security device, I asked one of the employee ( female) that I need check the main cam's quality her answer was to "flip the camera" meaning that check the front cam which is not the main one. I cannot believe that she responded that!! How would I spent over $1,000 on q phone before been able to see their quality. Horrible customer services!

    Been here so many times and was treated not so nicely but this time Juan Hernandez came up to me the moment he saw me walked in and asked how he can help me. He help me with my new purchase, explained everything I needed to know about my new Samsung watch and my new plan. He did a really great job! Really good customer service I got from Juan. Thank you for having a great employee! I won't hesitate to come over to this place again.

    1 star. I purchased…read morea new MacBook Pro for store pickup expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the first unit I received had damage / cosmetic issues even though it was sold as new. I returned the same day for an exchange, and the replacement had similar issues again. That meant multiple trips back and forth to the store, wasted time, fuel costs, and a lot of frustration just to receive a product that should have been correct the first time. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Online chat support told me the store could handle compensation or make it right. When I went to the store, employees and management told me they could not do anything and that I needed to contact online support because they had the authority. So I was pushed back and forth between chat support and the store with no clear ownership of the problem. I had to escalate the matter multiple times across different channels, yet no one handled it properly in a timely manner. I also reached out directly through X, Facebook, and Instagram. While they apologized, they stated they do not compensate for time or fuel. Best Buy customer service was extremely poor throughout this experience. Customers should not have to chase multiple departments after paying premium prices for a new product. If you want a smooth and positive shopping experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Best Buy.

Every time we pass the store it looks like it is shut down, as the windows are tinted and there usually aren't very many cars out front. When it looks like the lights are on and you can't see inside it seems like the place is vacant. But I was curious when we saw a sign in the window that said "yes were open." Now I've seen open signs in places place before that end up being closed down, but I thought I would give it a shot, seeing as how we had never been there before. To my surprise the doors were open. We met Chuck, the store manager. He gave us his undivided attention. He helped us select a dishwasher, and he even matched the competitors' pricing online. The process was all very quick and he even scheduled the installation for us. We're looking forward to getting the new one installed. I would highly recommend going here to purchase appliances as they sell the major brands but have personalized focused attention.

Honestly, the phones are very durable, and I usually keep my old devices as memories. Since my mother needed it, I decided to replace the battery for my old iPhone XS Max. After doing some research, I chose to go directly to the Apple Store, believing it would be more reliable and professional. I booked an appointment today at 1:00 PM for a battery replacement. I waited quite a long time even though I had an appointment, as the store was very crowded. Later, a female staff member came to check my phone and confirmed that the only thing needed was a battery replacement. She carefully inspected my phone, asked me to remove the protective films on both the front and back, and turn off "Find My iPhone." She then took pictures of my phone and told me to return at 3:40 PM to pick it up. At 3:00 PM, I received a call from another female staff member telling me that replacing the battery might damage the screen, and if that happened, I would have to replace the screen for $329. I immediately went back to the store and told them I no longer wanted to replace the battery, because I was worried about the risk of having to pay such a high price for an old phone. She said "OK," handed my phone back very quickly, and walked away. I was still sitting at the table with the first staff member who checked my phone. When I turned it on, I saw a green vertical line on the screen. I asked her why this happened, because when I gave her the phone earlier, the screen was completely normal--and she even had the original photos to prove it. She tried to avoid the question and said she would go inside to ask. When she returned, she told me it was because my screen already had an existing defect, and that they never even opened my phone. This was dishonest. My phone was working perfectly fine until I gave it to them, and I don't know what they did that caused the damage. Then they pretended to call me about the "risk" afterward. If that risk was real, why didn't they tell me from the beginning, before taking my phone in? If they had, I would have refused the service right away, since my phone was still usable. Battery drain is not a serious issue. But they didn't say that--only after damaging my screen did they bring it up, clearly to avoid responsibility. When the manager came, she repeated the same story, refused to take responsibility, and said the only solution was for me to pay $329 for a new screen plus $89 for a battery replacement. While the issue was still unresolved, she simply walked away to do something else and never came back to talk to me. She treated me with disrespect and discrimination, just because my English is not fluent and because I am Asian. I am extremely disappointed with Apple's customer service and behavior. This was my first time ever getting an iPhone repaired, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a horrible experience. If your iPhone still works, that's fine. But if you ever have a problem, I strongly recommend that you just buy a new phone instead of coming here for a repair--so you won't have to go through what I went through.

The indian girl walked to us with no greeting and gave us the face in the beginning. After we told her about our intention she told us there was no record in the system and she couldn't help us and SHE told us to come back tomorrow!!!! we asked her to explain why she couldn't help us and she suddenly stand up and left while I was talking. she went to Kristen and they talked and laughed for a while and they came back to us. they still have these attitude and waste our time!!!! The salesman David told my wife that I would be able to bring the phone back and they would apply the credit. After Christmas she even called T-Mobile and the same salesman called her back and told her no problem bring the phone back they would issue the credit as soon as they got my old phone in trade. Today I go into the store. There's not many people in the store, I had to ask to be put on the wait list because nobody bothered to ask....then I waited for 45 minutes to be helped. It wasn't busy. There were other sales people in the store not helping anyone but still I waited for 45 minutes. When I finally was able to get someone to help me, Erik then told there was not going to be a credit issued for the trade. When I explained what my wife was told on two separate occasions and asked to speak with a manager Erik then told me there was not a manager at the store and I wasn't able to speak with one. He then walked off and left me sitting there for another 25 minutes. I finally called the T-MOBILE customer service help number and then began to tell them the situation and that I was in store but was not being helped, only then did a manager Jacob came up to talk to me. He then told me I would have to pay 75 dollars in order to get the credit. I told him what the salesman David told my wife and they both essentially called her a liar. At that point I was done. The lady from the customer service I had on the phone still on speaker phone at this point because even she was set back by the way they were treating me as well. Jacob told her he would not waive the fee so then she proceeded to tell me that she would credit the fee then and also told me that she was going to get her supervisor on the phone and let him know what was going on. Jacob then walked off and I was again left with no help to which another salesman Zack told me that I needed to leave or they would call the police. I stayed till these jerks took the phone back and got the credit through the main customer service number but I will be switching service providers at this point due to the complete lack of respect and the flat out lies this place told my wife to sell a phone. Don't waste your time at this location. The service is the worst, they are completely rude, and disrespectful in every way. It's pretty bad when even the T-Mobile customer service rep that was on speaker escalated it to her supervisor in order to help me because even she was disgusted by the way they were.
