    One star to this store location but not even deserved. It's not the first time I have visited this…read morestore and I always found inexperienced, lazy and/or rude employees assisting customers. I don't know why, but among all the T-Mobile stores I have visited so far, in this one I always have had a bad experience. About two weeks ago I visited this store to pick up a phone delivered to this location. The employee was not rude but very lazy and not willing to provide an appropriate customer service. He told me to come back another day because of a problem with the safe and dismissed me before I could add one more word. Today I went to this store to have a phone exchange under warranty. The employee who served me was Mrs. Hashley who was rude and unwilling to help. Since the first moment I entered the store she showed an attitude like my visit was bothering her. During the exchange process she found a problem with the IMEI number not matching and couldn't perform the exchange but suggested me to call the T-Mobile 611 number to get assistance to clear the problem while she seemed happy to divert me elsewhere. I called the 611 number from outside the store and the operator assisting me over the phone was very kind and willing to help and solve the problem, but she needed a piece of information from the store employee, so she asked me to walk back in the store and put Mrs. Hashley on the phone. Mrs. Hashley in a rude way refused to talk to the representative on the phone and immediately started assisting another customer waiting in line. When I insisted to get some help from her for the second time on behalf of the representative over the phone she became totally reluctant to provide any further assistance forcing me to solve the problem on my own and stating that she is not allowed to talk to customer assistants. I believe this might be true and reflecting a Company policy, but the way she refused to help wasn't quite appropriate, but very rude. To my opinion she doesn't represent and reflect T-Mobile carrier company and because of her lack of kindness in customer care attitude and assistance she doesn't belong to T-Mobile and doesn't deserve this kind of job.
