One star to this store location but not even deserved. It's not the first time I have visited this store and I always found inexperienced, lazy and/or rude employees assisting customers. I don't know why, but among all the T-Mobile stores I have visited so far, in this one I always have had a bad experience. About two weeks ago I visited this store to pick up a phone delivered to this location. The employee was not rude but very lazy and not willing to provide an appropriate customer service. He told me to come back another day because of a problem with the safe and dismissed me before I could add one more word. Today I went to this store to have a phone exchange under warranty. The employee who served me was Mrs. Hashley who was rude and unwilling to help. Since the first moment I entered the store she showed an attitude like my visit was bothering her. During the exchange process she found a problem with the IMEI number not matching and couldn't perform the exchange but suggested me to call the T-Mobile 611 number to get assistance to clear the problem while she seemed happy to divert me elsewhere. I called the 611 number from outside the store and the operator assisting me over the phone was very kind and willing to help and solve the problem, but she needed a piece of information from the store employee, so she asked me to walk back in the store and put Mrs. Hashley on the phone. Mrs. Hashley in a rude way refused to talk to the representative on the phone and immediately started assisting another customer waiting in line. When I insisted to get some help from her for the second time on behalf of the representative over the phone she became totally reluctant to provide any further assistance forcing me to solve the problem on my own and stating that she is not allowed to talk to customer assistants. I believe this might be true and reflecting a Company policy, but the way she refused to help wasn't quite appropriate, but very rude. To my opinion she doesn't represent and reflect T-Mobile carrier company and because of her lack of kindness in customer care attitude and assistance she doesn't belong to T-Mobile and doesn't deserve this kind of job. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. This store is stealing from customers who are not up to date with technology. My mom went to this tmobile to get a phone upgrade she came home with a phone upgrade and an apple watch added along with two lines added to her phone plan. After fighting to get all this taken off we are still fighting with them because they took her old phone saying if she traded it in she would be given a credit towards her new phone. Up until this point this has not been fixed and when we go into the store they deny the manage is there and don't know when we can find him. They were so quick to add everything and steal from her, but apparently have no control over fixing things. Awful! read more

Cyndy was really friendly and helpful. She also wasn't pushy like some sales people are. She placed the screen protector on for me and even reminded me to keep the box and receipt because of the lifetime warranty on it. Went there to sign up for new service and there were two people ahead of me with two employees present. One was dealing with a customer who wanted to transfer her service while the other was dealing with a customer who wanted to pay her bill. For 20 minutes, I listened to the second employee increasingly rudely talk to the customer as they disagreed over an issue. The employee increasingly said things that were disrespectful and so far from appropriate customer service. This more than the other employees rather brusque interaction with a new customer made me walk out. Nothing about those two employees showed any sign of appropriate customer service. read more

Horrible service . Selen was working and she was very rude and had no consideration at all . I had a phone replaced by them and since getting it no one can hear me when I call 90 percent of the time . People always say it is muffled when I call. she basically didn't believe me . Tried calling once from her store and said there was nothing I could do . Was very short and rude and offered no assistance . Then when I asked her when another manager would be in she said there was no other manager and lied to me because I have personally spoken to another manager recently. THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Store associates stayed over an hour to resolve all of my dads concerns. I feel so bad we came late but they were so helpful. We were trading in and adding a 5th line, and upgrading a second device for his primary line, literally they hooked us up!!!!!! Saved my dad so much money and got him as many discounts off his monthly bill as possible. We walked in expecting to trade in a line and walked out with my iPhone 6plus (my rose gold finally!) and he got his s7 for free! Only had to pay taxes. They were so kind and patient, Favian and Neudy have provided the best customer service in retail I've received in a while!!!!!!!!! read more

Ever since I switched to T-Mobile this has been my go to store. Right outside the Wheaton mall so you don't have to deal with crazy mall traffic, next to Baja Fresh, Jersey Mike's, and Starbucks so if whatever you're doing is taking a while you can grab a bite or drink real quick. Employees are wonderful, they give you detailed explanations and are honest salesman. They make sure you buy something that you will use and is for you. Never got disappointed or disrespected at this store. My recommendation for any soon-to-be or current T-Mobile customer. read more
