I contacted my cell phone carrier and other than a replacement phone my options were limited. I tried several businesses for possible repair of a cell phone and I was directed to Wireless Plus One. 'Mike', Wireless PlusOne, informed me that he works on ALL types of cell phones and 80% of the times can repair the phone -- even if it's been dropped in water. I left my phone at Wireless Plus One for a couple of hours and they gave me loaner to use during the repair time. When I picked up the phone, it was in perfect working order! I would highly recommend using Wireless Plus One for any cell phone trouble (even drops in a bubble bath).

I explained my predicament and the owner, Mike, on the phone said that he'd take a look. He quoted me a more than reasonable price and said that if he couldn't fix it, it would be no charge. So off I went to a strip mall off the Hopple St. Viaduct to his store. It was very convenient and easy to find. I kicked back at Camp Washington Chili while Mike worked on my phone. I returned and Mike had surprising got my phone to finally turn on and display a software error; something my phone hadn't come close to doing at any point during my fiasco. I waited and watched Mike handle other customers as they came into the store. Always friendly and knowledgeable, Mike has a lot of return customers and I see why. He goes out of his way to be helpful no matter how small the request. And yes, he was almost as happy as I was when my Blackberry came back to life. The man has mad Blackberry repair skills. I was told that I had a bad roller and a problem with the ignition switch as was quoted 575.00 for the repair. The service was to be completed Mon with a window of 330pm to 530 pm arrival time. At 306pm on Monday received a call that the part did not come in, 20 minutes before scheduled arrival! Service was then scheduled Tuesday. Tech showed, on time, a different person Chuck, friendly and courteous puts on the new roller and ignition switch and the dryer does not work. He says he will contact the office and they will call. He then tells me that he thinks it's a sensor issue. He left giving me no estimate. I called the office after an hour of waiting to be told they needed to speak to the manager. Another hour goes by and they called to tell me the part cost "worst case scenario" would be 1200.00 . They would refund the ignitor switch because that wasn't the problem. I declined...a brand new dryer of this type is 1300...I asked to talk to the manager who is on vaca until next week! I had given them a check for 250 for the 125 service call plus tax and half of the repair... i would not recommend this company.

This store currently has a Verizon sign over the entrance. I went to this store thinking it was an ATT store and I wrote a review thinking that it was an ATT store. Now, I am not certain who owns it, but I can recommend it based on the excellent service I received!!!! AND..here is what happened. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on line and when it arrived, it came without a manual. I watched a video on line as to how to transfer my data from my Iphone to the Samsung using Samsung's "Smart Switch", which I then attempted to utilize (dumb move on my part!) in order to transfer my iphone apps and data to my Samung...and ended up with a LOCKED cell phone that was now essentially a paper weight!!! My wife recommended what she thought was an ATT store at this location, as she had heard good things about it. So I took my LOCKED Samsung to them and asked for help. I had been to two places in Northern Kentucky who told me there was nothing that could be done. Well the gentleman "Edward" (Eddie) at the "Russell Cellular" or Verizon store 1187 W. Eads Parkway said, "No problem, I think we can get it unlocked AND transfer most of your data and apps." I was flabergasted! Here was a guy who said he could unlock my Samsung Paperweight And transfer most of my data and apps!! And behold, 3 hours and 5 minutes later I had an unlocked, quite useable Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the majority of my apps and data on it!!! I was overjoyed!!! EDWARD didnt know me from Adam and was under NO obligation to help me since I did not buy my phone from his store!! He was polite, quite knowledgeable and seemed very eager to serve customers!! His coworker Ron was also as hospitable as could be! Will I go back? You bet your boots I'll go back! In a world where customer service is usually by phone with someone you can barely understand, this experience not only refreshing, but pleasant and just plain GOOD BUSINESS!!! Thanks again Eddie!!!
