What can I say, this T-Mobile location just reinforces why I am a T-Mobile Subscriber for over 14 years, it's the customer service! Big Big Big shouts to Christal and in a close second place, the manager of this store, they were phenomenal. I came in with not such an easy asks, which included moving my prepaid number to my postpaid account and postpaid to prepaid, I had a locked e-mail address in the system and some other things that needed tending to. Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way. I am so grateful for Christal, her manager, T-Mobile overall for providing stellar customer service. T-mobile overall is a company all brands should aspire to be like because they provide a great service at a very reasonable price and along with that comes excellent customer service in person and over the phone. If you are in the Queens or Long Island area visit this location too for your next phone, they are EXCELLENT. One more quick story, one of the staff members was about to run out quickly for lunch and saw a customer walk in. He stopped his lunch plans to help out this gentleman. I mean c'mon you don't hear of people doing things as wonderful as that, these days anymore. It just shows how incredible this T-Mobile branch is! Folks just stop with Verizon and AT&T and come on over to T-Mobile, you will thank me (I'm a customer who just loves everything about the service and cannot stop raving!!). After many years suddenly I could no longer pair my mobile phone to my car's bluetooth. First thing I did was to call was call the T-Mobile Customer Service 800 number. Two reps taking over 90 minutes supposedly confirmed my phone was trouble free. Having been told that I assumed there must be an issue with my vehicle as I still could not pair my phone. Next day I drove over to my local Honda dealership. Real nice guy over there said no worries I can figure this out. So he deletes the connection and recreates a new one. He did in fact reconnect my phone. I thanked him and left. About two minutes later I tried making a call and saw the same prompt that the "connection had failed, please try again." Next day I decided to go back to my Honda dealer once again. But then I remembered my local T-Mobile store here in Great Neck. A nice woman by the name of Zaira greeted me as I entered. She began checking out my phone and within moments noticed it hadn't downloaded any software updates since 2021. I use a mobile phone for voice only when I'm mobile. Isn't that strange? It took about 20 minutes for a couple of downloads to complete. Zaira said that should solve my problem. Went back to my car and my phone instantly paired to the bluetooth. Lesson learned for the future. When something goes wrong with my old Samsung Galaxy A10E. DO NOT CALL the 800 number and waste your time speaking to outsourced agents in Taiwan who are reading instructions from manuals and didn't once think to ask about any latest software updates. I recently visited this T-Mobile Store and had a great experience working with Zaira. From the moment I walked in, the staff made my family and I feel welcomed and taken care of. The store is clean, spacious and well-organized. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and experienced. I was nervous about cellphone service interruption since I was switching from another carrier and Zaira ensured that everything worked smoothly before making the transition. I had a number of requests for my new plan and she executed it flawlessly. The manager Chris was also very helpful, friendly and smart! They truly cared about our goals and I appreciated it! EXCELLENT customer service!!! This store has a great team of reps who are very knowledgeable and strive to provide great customer service. I was very impressed with Nicole and Justin who both went out of their way for me. I brought my iPhone in for a warranty exchange. Nicole thoroughly walked me through what needed to be done, made me feel comfortable with the process, and made sure everything ran smoothly. When I arrived to pick up my phone, I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Justin was very welcoming, knew exactly what to do, and took care of my exchange. I had a large amount of data to transfer, and both Justin and Nicole stayed over an hour past closing to make sure it was finished and that everything was all set for me when I received my new phone. I went to this store since it's so close to my home and I wanted to change carriers, I was lucky enough to be greeted by their representative Jazmine. She was very knowledgeable, explained every different sales incentive they had to offer. She took her time, without rushing and made sure to explain every detail of the many questions I had for her. She even gave me her direct # so that I could call her if I had any questions. I have had my share of experiences with cell phone carriers and their sales reps, however, their was something unique about the energy and customer satisfaction I received from Jaz, she was right on point. I highly recommend this store and if you happen to go, don't hesitate to ask for Jazmine, as you will not be disappointed. I am a customer of T-Mobile for years. The reception has issues in Great Neck and many other areas. But, this store is run very well. I always get professional help.
