Purchasing new iphone from T-Mobile under payment plan was a bad decision. Reasons A- The phone comes with s carrier lock till the payment is fully paid . This makes the phone useless for international travel to add extra sim line for other carrier B- We have to minimum 40 days after activation and payment fully done Unfortunately this was not known earlier as may be missed in the fine print C- Additional $35 charged as activation fees On the other hand, if we purchase directly from Apple under payment plan that does not have above problems Phone comes unlocked and no extra activation charges read more

What can I say?? I am definitely coming back to this specific T-Mobile! Avery and O were freaken amazing. The minute my husband, son and I walked in they greeted us so nicely! O asked if I wanted snacks for my special needs son and if he wanted to watch Netflix. No one has ever made us feel so welcoming. AVOID LOCATION. Don't bother in this location. It's the 2nd bad location I've been to. Came in yesterday, bought an iPhone, and asked the girl to help me pass my stuff from the old to the new. She agreed, and then proceeded to take care of another customer making me wait and just watch her not even pay attention to my phone. The phone ended up locking, so she asked me to unlock it, and I did. But she continue talking to the other customer, so I started customizing the settings on the iPhone, and she just takes it from me and puts it right next to her and continues talking to the other customer. Phone was already paid for and in my account, so it wasn't a security action. Got fed up of waiting, so I try to get her attention, to ask if all the paper work was in order (to reinsure myself, because I was in doubt at that point) and she said yes, so I asked for my phone back. When I got it back it was asking for the code sent to my old phone! It hadn't even started restoring! Anyways, came home to find out my s/o had bought me a phone. So now I find myself having to go back and return the damn phone! And to my luck the same girl is there! So I called T-Mobile first to ask if I can return it somewhere else, just to avoid talking to this person again. Nope. You've to return the phone at the store of purchase, so I decided to go in. Once in the store I tell girl what happened, and she's like there's a restocking fee of $75. I asked her why, if I was still in the period of 14 days to return the device. She fails to explain, and just says it's a fee. So I get my receipt and start reading, to see if the fee applies and she isn't just bs me. And she asks for the receipt so she can read it, and I told her to wait I was reading it. And she lets a "goddam" out and proceed to go on her phone and starts texting and says she's going to call her manager. I said to go ahead and call him. She doesn't get him. She's right, there is a restocking fee. And I let her know that when I talked to support they mention no fee. So she goes and asks her manager, and he just peeks his head out of a back door and says there's a fee. In order for me not to pay I will have to make the return by mail. So the girl repeats the same to me, advices me to call them and make the return with them, to make a big deal so I can get the fee waived and they allow me to make the return. So here I go again ... I call T-Mobile support and tell them what has been told to me, and they inform me that I can't return it by mail. It has to be at the store, and yes there is a fee of $75, but they will re-credit to my t-mobile account, because the phone has been with less than 24 hrs. And they will reimburse me the money I had payed for when I purchased the phone. But I'll have to go back into the store. I didn't want to go back into that store to deal with this girl again, because I would of lost my patience. So, I decided to just keep the damn phone. Decided to never go to this store again, and make all my future purchases online. Do has much as you can online or talking to someone on the phone. Y-mobile seems to be more helpful that way. I went to order new iPhone pro 14 max on 11-6-22Monday and received my phones on Wednesday 11-9-22took phones to the store Jose the store manager is the best better than so called corporate store at Sierra Lakes parkway. Jose customer service skills are second to none his staff is friendly and well trained I was in and out he did two phones today for. Jose is an outstanding manager awesome person to have as a representative for the company. He printed out my return labels and packaged both phones securely. He hooked up both phones without any issues he really knows his stuff. The young lady today on 11-9-22 hooked up our screen protectors and cases I believe her name was Angelina. Unless you're buying a phone .. you're wasting their time. My phone broke so got a new one at a different store and had my cousin set it up for me since I'm not tech savvy at all. He installed the battery wrong and it will only flash on and off but not turn on. I go to this location and upon entering I'm not greeted at all, I speak up first and finally get seen. I'm the only customer in there with 2 employees looking annoyed. An older man with a beard and young, overweight Hispanic girl with heavy makeup. I ask them if they could double check what's wrong or if it's broken, she stares at it for 1 second; "it's broken" "I'm not that good at this, are you sure everything is installed properly?" "It's broken, you have to go to the store you got it from" I believe her and show it to my brother and immediately turns the battery and gets it working. Yes my fault, but I went asking for help and she couldn't crack half a smile to inspect it even after I told her. She barely had enegy to stand up.
